Fun game, shouldn't have been roguelike
The combat here is great for the most part, I just hate the fact that each run is so random and it feels like my progress in runs is as much luck as my own skill. Will I get one coin per room I fight through with no good shops or will I get like 2 or 3 coins per room and get tons of great items and weapons in the shops? I don't know, it's completely random! I wish this game had more song variety, for a game all about the music it really doesn't have that many songs, only one for each major area of the game. I wish this game was linear with much less randomisation and there was a checkpoint after each level instead of death meaning a complete game restart. idk this game is pretty fun but the music quickly gets old and it can be frustrating when RNG fucks you over and your great run is ruined by a super dark level or slippery floors or no money or shit shops. I'd recommend if you love roguelikes and are okay with playing the first few levels of a game many times. Personally I'm pretty bored of the game, I'm sick of the music and I've gotten frustrated with the random aspects.
