Blood: Fresh Supply

Many have said this before and I agree: Blood is most probably the best game off the Build engine. I do revisit it after so many years which is made a whole lot easier by Fresh Supply. It's a convenience package any old school gamer should appreciate.

I've been playing this game since the late 90s and will play it until my dying day. This is not only one of the best shooters of the era, but of any era. The weapons are great, the enemies are great, looking for secrets is great. It's just... great.

I liked the setting and theme of the game, not so much the actual experience. I liked the "inflict pain to the enemies" gameplay design, as well as the dark and gruesome environments. The music is really bad, with only a couple tracks being good. The sounds are mostly awful, with the exception of the voices from Caleb, the Zombies and the Cultists. The gameplay is fun when dealing with zombies and the properly placed cultists, but annoying when dealing with everyone else: rats, hands, spiders, gargoyles, fatguys, phantasms are just annoying.

Nightdive did a great job on bringing this classic fps to the modern day. The controls have been update to feel more responsive and the mouse aiming is so much improved. They also added many new options to how you play the game such as difficulty changes and the ability to change how the mouse is interpreted. Also really like the graphical changes such as AA that make the game easier on my eyes and the ability to change the FOV level. The game also supports multiple high resolutions with high frame rate. Killing the cultists has never been as much fun!

do not purchase, Avoid, play ports like Blood GDX, shame they release the remaster in this state has of this time they dont deserve your money
