As far as I am concerned I take it as a nice way to go back to Baldur's Gate Series.
They tried to implement some new stuff (include a kind of "elevator" to remind very old beat'em up games), new areas are for me very refreshing and nice to look.
We can feel that they just improve enemies by making some kind of multiplier or any kind of mathematical computing to improve basic enemies met during BG1 ... that would be the disappointing point for me.
I really loved to see so much more portraits and so much NPC / peasants... it felt more alive than ever.

Bought the expansion on steam and I enjoyed it a lot more than other people seemed to. I don't think its nearly as bad as people say, in fact I think its good.
this dlc ties up some loose ends between baldurs's gate 1 and 2 spoiler alert if you were wondering how you got captured at the start of baldur's gate 2 bye jon irenicus then this will fill in the blanks
I was nice experince , to back to epick story in BG climat. Very good game , short but nice. I was hesiting to get this game because of reviews , and ? Pleasent suprice ! I will back to this game once again now as evil one :P
