The world of author Dane Krams' debut on the game development stage isn't as cuddly as it may seem. Anna however, is actually perfectly nice - or is she? It all starts with freeing talking teddy bear...
Anna's Quest unfolds a hand-drawn, grim tale with a good dash of self-irony.

If you like this genre, Annas Quest does everything right. Its polished and has good performance. Its a bit slow but if your looking for a game to play with your kids this is it. Just make sure you have a walkthrough handy just in case.
A wonderful game, with captivating story and well designed puzzles. I appreciated
the hidden hints that Anna gives when you try a wrong action. It is so cleverly done
that you do not need a walk through. Anna helps you with her second thoughts about
your faulty actions. I liked the simple but expressive drawings and animations.
I read some complaints about the monotonous voice acting of Anna, but I found it
well suiting her character in the story. The dialogs may sometimes seem long winding,
but you can always cut them short with a mouse click.
All together one of the best point and click adventures I played.
Got this game for my 5 and 7 year old daughter. It’s very kings quest style in nature. It makes sure to avoid violence, even though it implies it (for example, a boy sitting next to a skeleton, and a witch talking about eating children). My 5 year old really grabbed on to it and asked for my hell as she went through the story. It took like 3 weeks. I might be able to do it faster myself, but she definitely did a solid job. I love the game.
Reminiscent of the classic 1980s-1990s point-and-click adventures, but with a forgiving design (it's impossible to get into a scenario where you have to reload an old save). The dialog can be a little slow and corny, but the puzzles are never too off-the-wall. My daughters love it and have since they were about five years old.
