This game was my introduction into Tekken. I was 7 when I played this for the first time on the ps2. Since then, I have considered this to be the peak tekken experience. But also learned that it is considered the "Black Sheep" of the series. It didn't sell many copies and the competitive scene constantly bashes this entry to this day. Since I doubt namco will ever acknowledge this game's existence, I believe it needs to be preserved. Years after it's initial release, it has garnered a cult following because of its stunning atmosphere, down-to-earth and serious writing, and excellent aesthetic that bleeds early 2000s. I hope others consider it.
