Game is broken dont buy never
I bought this game and near the end game is broken and. I cant finish it. I tried to change everything and nothing... I want you back my money.

So poor in so many ways...
Let me start with the TLDR version: if you've played the first two games you might understandably want to play this one as well - but chances are you'll not enjoy doing it anywhere near as much as you hoped; if you didn't, just do - not - bother, full stop. Now, as for why that is: the art itself is quit decent, but the graphics look at least a decade out of date for a game released in 2017; faces are acceptable, but lots of other things are simply way too... chunky. It's objectively bad - still, not so bad it would ruin the game unless you are playing exclusively for the visuals. Voice acting is full-on horrendous: don't expect voice to actually sync up to mouth movement and casting is absolutely atrocious, with Russian locals obviously well over fifty talking with the voice of a twenty-year-old straight out of a Starbucks. And not just one or two of them either - this happens a lot. I'm not much of a fan of the music, but it was good enough. The plot, allegedly written by Sokal himself falls firmly into the "plot? what plot?!?" category. The Youkols need to get somewhere. Stuff keeps preventing their progress. You'll be expected to keep removing obstacles. That's it - no twists, turns, surprises or development. And I mean "expected" - yes, the game begins with the Youkols saving your life, but they spend the rest of it reminding you to kindly get moving, chop-chop! That attitude ends up quite jarring. The gameplay itself is atrocious: you'll need to perform various physical moves to solve puzzles (like literally pulling things open or cranking by circling your mouse) - just clicking is never enough, and I guarantee you'll keep forgetting that. Trying to control movement will drive you insane. If you have any joysticks connected, be aware that it will keep hijacking your controls. Load times are huge even on an SSD and they keep happening literally every ten meters. You can't skip cutscenes. You can't save at will. Oh, and the ending is utterly botched...

I liked it, but it is not for everyone
Short review: Average game with bad user interface (UI). Really for Syberia fans only. Long review: Having just finished the game I will say I enjoyed my time with Syberia 3. Let me start with the bad stuff, the interface. I found both controller and mouse were both not good and I switched back and forth a lot. Sometimes the curser would just disappear, other times the controller would not pick up the hot spots on screen, generally the interface is slow to register your actions and a bit clunky. After a while I got used to most of it, but you might not. This game was made with Unity by a small dev team so I was not expecting anything amazing from the visuals. They are fine, nothing amazing and nothing ugly. What I did enjoy was the world, puzzles, and music. The game has the same atmosphere that the first two had with empty town streets or a rusted amusement park and more. I liked it. The puzzles were fine. Nothing new for these types of games. The music was very good and added to the atmosphere well. The story was fine. In the end I did enjoy the journey even with the bad controls. In closing, I would only recommend this game to fans of the first two since it has the atmosphere, puzzles, and pace of the first two games. For newcomers, I would urge you to play the other two first and if you like them buy this game.

Embarrassed for the Development Team
I don't mind a bug here or there but this game is a train wreck. Had several game freezes that required save downloads to continue. This is my first negative review on GOG after buying more than 165 games. That's gotta tell you something. I only paid $2.09 during a sale but I still feel cheated. GOG - you should stop selling this game.

Absolut keine Empfehlung
Ich habe Syberia 1 & 2 beide durchgespielt. Aber bei diesem Teil habe ich irgendwo im letzten Viertel abgebrochen. Die Steuerung ist fehlerhaft und zusammen mit der neuen Kamera macht sie die Bewegung zum Horrortrip. Hinzu kommt, dass meine Maus manchmal einfach verschwindet oder Interaktionspunkte Die Story und Dialoge holen einen gar nicht ab. Die Rätsel sind entweder sofort gelöst oder man findet die Lösung nicht, weil man irgendwo nicht war, was mir dank der Kamera öfter passierte. Mir fällt kein Adventure ein, bei dem ich so wenig Spaß hatte und welches ich dann doch so kurz vorm Schluss abgebrochen habe. Wäre die Story interessant, hätte ich mich mit Lösung durchgeklickt, aber es war nur noch eine Quälerei.
