FINALY

This is by far the best RTS i ever played. And i was waiting for it like for evert to come out on a platform like Steam or GoG. Thanks GoG. You hit it right in the Bulleye. O gosh i see my life passing by, just sitting and playing this Game. XD For the people not knowing this game. You can fight on 3 Layers on the Map. The underground The surface The orbit This makes the game challenging. But not only this. The main Vehicles for Combat are so called Combots. That are big battle warbots, where you can decide how they are build. The torso, the feet, the right and the left hand. Event the skill of the crew steering it. If you don't try it. You will miss a lot.

Flawed but great

Growing up watching Gundam, I always wanted a mobile suit RTS. There was that mod for StarCraft (Gundam Century) but it wasn't the ticket. Then Metal Fatigue came out and it was as close as you can get to a Gundam RTS. The different levels (underground, surface and sky) takes a bit of getting used to but it was real innovation back then. PLUS the playable credits! You can control the mechs in the background as the credits roll, give it a try.

Welcome back Childhood

Buying this was basically a no brainer for me. Never had a full version as kid and only played at a friends place. And then - years of almost complete inaccessability for this game. FINALLY on Gog. Now for my next hope: a remake or new game based on it...well wouldnt bet on it but it would be really nice.

A godly Creation

I playied the game when it worked with out glide effects and then i felt and loved it. And now they did it a godlike game of lost ages. Gog made one of many great games of this age of PC desktops of Windows 7-8-9-10 But this is one Amazing creation of Gog. A blessing of holy proportions. So create Metal fatigue 2 With the days of our tech couse if you create a Metal Fatigue inspired game it will be godly loved and most of games LOST in AGES

Amazing and challenging missed RTS

Metal Fatigue was cursed from the get-go. The publishing team fell apart during release so the game didn't get the attention it deserved. Customisable metal robots? Check Different damage types on weapons and armours? Check 3 fields of battle for unique and simultaneous fighting? Check Terrible pathfinding AI? Check. All the hallmarks of an amazing RTS that is challenging and so damn cool it shaped my imagination for years. I've still got the original CD, and I was extremely lucky to have had it.
