Well done! Finally!
An absolute classic. GOG version runs smoothly - dealing with the graphic and sound issues I used to have on modern machines. Have gone through 4 missions so far - without any techical issues. Thanks!

Still one of the best Mecha War RTS!
You have 3 War layers, 1. Below Ground 2. Above Ground and 3. Sky. The Mecha's animation is awesome for the time, and the Mecha's weapons are nice. The soundtrack is great. The Story is quite OK. I don't know about anybody else, but i notice a crucial part of the ending movie is gone (for me). SPOILERS "Welcome back masters, humanity is ready to learn obedience" I do wish some game developer would buy the franchise and remake this, or continue with the plot.

I got this game in 2001 and played the heck out of it because I like the ideas of constructing mechs and letting them combat. So I love to see this game in a playable state on GOG and I hope that all crashes have been fixed aswell. The GLIDE renderer works surprisingly well. I am happy to see the DRM gone. It runs nicer than the retail version I got in my drawer. The game is slow-paced in retrospect so the game is not without flaws but I talk with my childhood heart here. Thank you very much, GOG!

History missed
I missed this game in my life. When i was a kid, my friends and i played this as best we could multiplayer for hours on end to team up against the computer. But they would always terrorize the underground and it was painfully long. We would play the one map with the alien robots and steal the tech and then share tech with each other. I love the purple team that's closest to the alien build and just built fast running robots all over. Love this, thank you for bringing it back. 10 stars if i could. Someone please do a modern reboot. I will pay top dollar.

WOW!
After so long!!!!! Definitely under rated game. Great story, great campaign, great soundtrack, great ..... The chance to build and customize your robot army mind-blown. Memories of this game. It takes some tricks to install this game on modern systems but you will enjoy it!!!
