Cyberpunk 2077

The game starts interesting, flashy, in your face action. Although story wise, I was barely hanging on to be honest. It does somewhat pick up for me, but Cyber really ran on hype more then anything. And it does not help that it can feel shallow enough to give off an Ubisoft vibe at times. No, I am not joking. The map takes NO time feeling in with the same mundane activity. Some, are intersting, true. But a lot are, steal this, kill that, move on. So you open your map, select, go to, complete, etc, etc. Where as Witcher3, I usually just ran in a direction. Its a shame too. My mind is blown this is Cd. Granted, as I have been telling ppl, "Come up by one game, fell down by one game". I am not saying hard work and determination is not present, it truly is. Good job, as far as I am concerned with some of the things in this game. However, it takes NO time to see either short cuts taken, or cares not given. I cannot look away from becoming bored while playing. I am running through the story faster then most games! I love to take my time, run through the world, meet different ppl, do different activites. However Cyber eventually reminds me, I NEED something to make me FEEL like I am moving forward. And instead of a world around me with things to do, it auto selects the next mission after completing another. I think one of the issues I have, granted, I do understand this design decision, is the mission you get are usually given to you by phone. So instead of face to face, where you are around other NPC, you're usually solo, from this place to the next. Mix this with the controls, and the current gossip around Cd, and I feel kind of sick to my stomach. I truly thought we had a beacon. I am not saying all faith lost, but this is the last time I throw money ahead of release. I did it to reassure them, I got you! I trust you. Take your time. I know some of us can be A-holes Cd, but stop looking at them, and focus on us. Final Score: Makes me want to play W3 again.

The city beautiful, has good soundtrack and story is interesting. But there are a lot of missing features that were advertised and current technical state of the game is very dissapointing. Paying full price for this feels like being scammed and false advertising makes it even worse. I strongly recommend to wait for heavy discount and at least a year to let them finish the game, because at the time of writing this review it feels like early-access at best.

Running the game on rtx 2070 super with a ryzen 9 3900x and can't get 60 fps, no matter what settings I play on I get the same framerate (around 30-45, ~50 in buildings). Beyond the performance issues the city feels dead and the npc AI is almost non existent, cars feel bad to drive, I'm sad I have to give this low of a score for a game I have awaited for years.

I have waited this game for years and finally i have it... And i kinda like it but at the same time i didn't. This game have lot of potentials, good story (not fantastic not horrible just good) a nicely crafted world but... BUT... it feels empty, shallow, unfinished, deep like a puddle... This game resemble mostly Ubisoft and EA openworld vast and beautiful but without a soul, where you can just play the main/side quest and nothing else because there is nothing more to do. Some of the good: -The world is beautiful the city is well crafted. -The side quest are good and enjoyable. -The soundtrack is something really nice i love the main menu theme. -Veichels are really well made(too bad for the driving sys) Some of the negatives: -The RPG elements are basically non existent(infact this game is much more similar to a far cry than a Witcher 3). -The driving...my god the driving is something so awful (i play on K&M). -The AI is something from PS1 era i think... -You can't do anything in this gorgeous open world. -No transmog, Barber shop or plastic surgery(or something similar) lack of customization in general. -The relationships are pure jokes (2 for male V and 2 for Female after you get in the relationship you can't do basically anything with him/she because you have only few dialuge options and that's it) -Genitals customization are here only for marketing. i don't want to speak about the bugs/glitches because i'm sure they get fixed soon... In conclusion i hope this game can become the thing that they promised to us not this soulless game that is now. i hope this can be a No Man's Sky type of redemption story, not a Mass Effect Andromeda or an Anthem or a Fallout 76. Soo for now this is a 2.5 out of 5 stars i hope you guys can fix this and add all the missing features and not abbandoning the game after just fixing the bugs ecc because this game need lot more to do not only fixes. I'm sorry but this game needs a whole extra year of development time - Barebones RPG Mechanics: decicions barely matter, lifepaths are a joke, customasation has no impact in any way. - Barely passable combat: Low variety of weapons, horrid AI, hacking is just magic Avoid until they updated it and even then i think that you should lower your expectations, they cut too much stuff.
