That says what it is but not exactly what it does. Not a biggie because I have nothing else to do today other than install it but I'm just curious about fixes if any, tweeks?

Well I guess you could google NewDark 2.42 and read about the changes there if you like. That is what it does, update you to the newest version of NewDark.
