Anyone else having the problem that they can't open page 4 of their order history? Other pages works fine but when I want to go to page 4 it says "No results found".

Works fine for me.

Works fine for me, but someone (skeletonbow I think) mentioned a similar issue a while back. Try the different filters and see what happens, I seem to remember he said it was the gifts tab that didn't show properly, probably due to a bad order or something else faulty trying to show on that page and failing.
I think he reported an error (404 or 503 or something) for the AJAX query that retrieves the order details.
Thanks everyone.
Seems like my gift of Shadowrun: Hong Kong to someone breaks the list. Because when I search for it, I get the "No results" thing. *sigh* Time to bother support about it.

Yes I am getting this and it's annoying. I'm trying to get my receipts and this is happening. I hope I kept the emails. :/

EDIT: Using search did bring up what I was looking for so at-least that works.

I've been unable to open page 2 in my order history for months, mentioned it numerous times in the forums on different threads, filed bug report in mantis about it, and submitted GOG support request for it. I got back a response from someone saying they're looking into it but no word since then and it is still completely broken. I got the idea that I was the only one to report it so far so they wrote it off perhaps as being a customer side problem or lots of people would be reporting it.

So, everyone experiencing the issue should file a mantis report and hit up GOG support, cross referencing everyone else they know who has experienced it so far. It looks like we're 3 strong so far at least. Really irritating as it makes the entire order history section completely useless and I don't think they even acknowledge that there is a problem there. It certainly would be nice to get some more communication from them on that, either publicly or privately, and not one of the damn form letters that tells you to check your firewall and antivirus blah blah blah nonsense like I just got on a different issue.

It happens on page 2 for me, but it's with the entire order history. I believe I posted here about it before (will try to find it after I send this message). Their server reports an internal server error, along with a career opportunity easter egg hidden in the site response, and a free game code embedded inside that which someone claimed shortly after I mentioned the easter egg in the forums. I hope they fill the job position so whoever it is fixes the broken website code. :)

Yeah, here is my initial reports:

If everyone would comment on my mantis report and monitor it, it might put some fire under getting it looked at. Also, if anyone is reading this and never encountered the problem, can you read the bug report for instructions on how to reproduce it and test it yourself also and if you can reproduce it as described, please comment on the mantis report and back here also. The more people who are experiencing the issue and make it known to GOG, the more likely they are to investigate it instead of writing it off as low priority due to low incoming bug reports, or write it off to customer error or something wrong on the customer's computer.

Squeaky wheel gets the oil.

We are aware of this bug - if you want you can follow it (click "Monitor" button) here: http://mantis.gog.com/view.php?id=4480

This bug is order-specific.
First please try to use search on https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders (you can type in game name), if you are unable to find your order - please write to support to get the details of that order.

Well I already figured out which order it is ;-)
It is my gift order of Shadowrun: Hong Kong and I have all the details. It is just a bit annoying that I can't view the order history normally, so I hope it is fixed soon :-)
Nvm.

Start on the last page of your history, then go backward one page at a time, can you reach every single page?

Yes, I can.

And for what it's worth, I also have a couple of gift codes in my orders history, in case this is what triggers the bug. Johny said it is order-specific, but I didn't understand whether he meant "for a particular kind of orders", or "for some random orders with no apparent connection between them". :P

I'm not sure what particular orders might cause the problem more or less because I can't see the page to know. :)

GOG support says to tell them the games and they can retrieve the keys. Hard to do if you don't know what games are shown there and that is why you want to see them, or if you are looking for other information like what day you made a purchase or other details. So I more or less need to wait until they fix it unless they're willing to send me a database dump converted into CSV file format or something of my entire order history. Presumably if they tried to do that it would crash and puke flying colours due to bugs though. But if that would actually work, they can copy and paste the code that works into the GOG website code that doesn't work. :)

That is the reason why I have a list. It has all details. Only way I was able to figur out what order is causing the problem for me that fast ;-)
Why I have this list? Well in the end it comes down to me not trusting gog to function correctly. And they proved me right...

Yeah, LOL That's precicely why I was trying to access my order history for the last 2+ months, to copy the details that are important to me into a local spreadsheet so my history and info is not stored solely in the cloud on GOG's servers, much the same way we download backups of our games, I wanted to download a backup of my order history. It's nice of GOG to offer support to send you your codes for games privately for games you know you have in there, but I don't think they want to spend 3 hours reading my entire order history to me in full detail line by line either. :) Still, if I can get a 100% complete CSV dump of my order history or even better - a JSON dump, that'd be great for now at least. :)
