If people wish to honour your request and nominate foxworks instead of you, then that is fine, but I think you should let yourself have at lease 1 deserved nomination.

Nominations:

Momo1991 - Forum mom will probably be nominated by me always in giveaways like this, as I'm absolutely positive about her great contribution to this community.

Rodzaju - A person I can turn to if I need some help about some "get games cheaply" stuff and how some sites providing that work. I also love his monthly guess the game giveaway.

Psyringe - Had some interesting conversations with this dude in Steam chat. Also Morrowind fan like myself, that's always a plus.

The reason is very simple,apart from being two of the most generous people you can see clearly the time spent organizing their events,and apart from that being friendly and nice is always a plus.

And in general it reinforces the good vibe that the community of GoG has :)

I'm part of lots of "communities" and this certenly is one of the most heartwarming ones :)

I can't think of anyone new to add. The three I was planning on nominating were:

trentonlf, sachys & foxworks, and pretty much for all the reasons already mentioned. Good people who make a positive contribution to the forum, over and above simply giving away games. There are lots of others too, but these are the first three that came to my mind.

Edited my original post, I hope that's okay. I suddenly realised I was remiss in not calling out JMich and Grargar for their continual, data-rich contributions to this forum. That's on top of just being really cool people who happen to come from Greece. I seem to know a number of those here. :)

I'm a little under the weather at the moment, so I will come back with my list later, but I wanted to point out this paragraph from the first post:
I would like people to only nominate members who they personally appreciate, not just those members who host lots of giveaways. It has to be someone who has helped you, who's conversations you enjoy, who has made your time on the GOG forum enjoyable, and of course, you can include members for their personal generosity towards you. You must include a brief reason as to why you are nominating that person, not just "they're awesome!".
Reading through what's already been posted has given me a flush of warmth -- so happy to see the names of people whom I know and care about already mentioned, and very happy to see others' reasons for nominating these great members.

Seriously ddickinson, my first thanks go to you because I think I have proven how much I like this type of giveaway. We haven't messaged too much each other but those few messages made clear how polite and kind you are, and if I add the interesting type of giveaway you invented, well, there is more than enough to nominate you.

Another nomination from me will be momo1991. I think she was the first person to ever message me on this forum and she did it to warn me against a known scammer: I remember that I even didn't know at that time she is a woman. I think we all know her role in the forum, but, other than this, I have been lucky enough to enjoy a few talk with her.

Stooner is the next in line. He and Momo are the first ones I messaged with here. He has been one of the victims of my jokes since. He has always played along and he is well known to be funny other than a respectful forum member.

DeMignon is another user I usually nominate. We haven't messaged a lot, but I found out about him in the subforums back in the days when I used to be more active there. At once I noticed his hard work in helping people with games' issues, and he has been immediately put in my favourite users' list.

(Ian should be the next one, but I am not going to add him in the draw because of his absence. He'd have deserved the nomination, though and that's why I am nominating him here too.)

liquidsnakehpks is an helpful user who helped me many times and is doing a great job in the SteamGift's GOG group.

Sachys is another usual victim of my jokes and I want to nominate him mainly for this, avoiding speaking about his work in the forum.

JMich, Grargar and akhliber are three users who I want to nominate together, because, even if I haven't had a lot of contacts with, I have constantly considered amongst the most useful users here, mainly for GOG site's and gaming related issues, besides their generosity.

Dischord, samlii and K_1269 are amongst the main gifters around here, often stealthy, often hidden. I had a few contacts with them, but our rare messages were sufficient to convince me about their different, but certain awesomeness.

IAmSinistar, foxworks and trentonlf are probably the users I had more contacts with. I think is absolutely useless to repeat how much awesome this guys are. And, leaving aside their generosity, I want to publicly thank them for our conversations, and our interactions here.

dedoporno and HypersomniacLive are two users I haven't had any contacts with until few days ago. Well, they won me as a friend in a matter of few messages.

Why? Because he is the game pope! Many members of the community have benefited from his continued generosity, he has been giving away multiple games a day for months and asks for nothing in return.

I don't personally know anybody on here yet so I was gonna nominate the people who run a lot of giveaways but you said in the OP not to nominate people if that's the reason.

So with that in mind, I will nominate tinyE because clearly he (or she?) is like the court jester of GOG.com, always making me laugh with witty comments. I do a lot more reading then posting on here and it didn't take long for me to start hoping whenever I clicked on a thread to see a tinyE post in it.
