I had put my name into the draw just for fun and to see if I would win anything, and it seems I won the first prize, which is just my luck to win something when I'm not eligible. But as I excluded myself from the giveaway, and put my name in just for fun, I picked another name to be the real winner of the $19.99 prize. The actual real winner of the $19.99 prize is the very generous IAmSinistar!

SECOND PRIZE ($9.99):
The second winner, who will receive the $9.99 prize, goes to the sweetest person I have met on GOG, the lovely Sage103082!

THIRD PRIZE ($5.99):
Originally I had planned to pick one winner for each price range ($19.99, $9.99 & $5.99), but after seeing so many wonderful names mentioned, I decided to quadruple the number of $5.99 prizes. So I have picked 4 winners instead of just 1.

I'm glad to know that the first prize went to IAmSinistar: I think he really is among the "bestest" of the best, around here!

While I'm honored by the fact that you would be willing to come visiting me directly in my homeland, I would prefer that it was for a more pleasant reason than, well... craking nuts, so I will accept your kind gift! :)

I also thank anyone who had the weird idea to nominate me - without having my ethereal presence haunting their houses, even!

I'm very honoured by this. My instinct is to immediately offer it to someone else, but I understand the intent behind this effort, and would be a little upset if someone did the same to me. So I will try to accept with good grace, and say a big THANK YOU to yourself and to everyone who nominated me in this loveliest of giveaways.

Congratulations to all the other winners, deserved folks each and every of them. And to all the people who made the massive candidate list. I think it's great that we have so very many people who others think are worthy of acclaim!

I giggled myself when I picked my own name. I actually manage to win a giveaway and I'm not eligible, coupled by the fact that it's my own giveaway, so I would have not actually won anything anyway. I am glad IAmSinistar won instead, a much more fitting member to get the top prize.

I'm glad you will accept the prize. Out of all the winners, I had envisaged you being the hardest to gift to. Not necessarily because it's you, but because of the prize. I know many people's first instinct would to humbly refuse. But I agree with what others have said, you are definitely a worthy winner for the top prize.

Nothing as of yet. I am following ddickinson's suggestion that I wait until the Weekend Sale to see what is offered. Otherwise I will pluck some stuff from my wishlist. Let me know if you (or anyone else) recommends any of those titles. I'm tempted to pick up Gods Will Be Watching, but the reviews make me feel like it's better off gotten on sale.

I really enjoyed the Prince of Persia trilogy, especially the first one (Sands of Time). Congrats.

Special congrats to IAmSinistar for getting the grand prize, after all the work IAmSinistar has put into these forums I'd say that was highly deserved.
