2) First regionally banned game.

No idea. Give it another hour, just in case. It should eventually appear though.

Region banning is never a good road to walk down. Did the Australian government directly threaten GOG or something?

That one is a little murky to me, since the devs are counting the DLC from the time of its first release, which was after the game itself was released (though on another platform). It is certainly Day One from GOG's perspective, though.

I'm not sure I understand. Both the game and its two DLCs were released for the PC (worldwide and on GOG) today (February 25, 2015).

Yes, but in the earlier thread on the release the publishers we talking about how the DLC came out later than the base game on the PS4. So they didn't consider it "Day One" DLC. Like I say, a murky mess.

I understand. Doesn't change my feelings about it.
