Bumping a thread from two years ago to say "They should add that game" and talking about games are two completely different things. I've opened a few first-page threads tonight thinking they were new, but they were from 2010, and the first recent post was you doing just that - "They should add it." It's annoying. We would all appreciate it if you would stop. Now.

Ye, I just started reading... 7 Warcraft books just sitting there gathering dust, and I've owned them for 3-4 years now. I guess now's the time to read them.

I wish Blizzard were selling their books on battle.net in PDF / XPS format. I'd buy them just to get rid of the physical ones.

The majority of the time when posting a new thread where existing ones are present all you get from moaners is 'there's thread on this, use them, blah, blah..'

You're not adding anything to any of those threads, you're just being a tool and didn't even manage to write a grammatically correct sentence in most of them. No one cares so much about necro posting, they care about necro posting by adding useless tripe. It's the tripe part we don't want.
The thread OP is about what deathkitten is doing, which amounts to trolling and forum spam. What deathkitten has been doing is the polar opposite of netiquette.

Talking about old games and posting "add this, add that" over and over are two different things. Bumping 3-4 different threads about the same game is also not needed.

Go ahead, bump topics, I don't care. But please have something to actually say! There is no need to bump 3 topics about Discworld and just copy+pasting the same thing over and over.

It's 90% based on how much you've posted. It doesn't mean anything and never has. People with high rep simply post a lot, that's all. The +/- doesn't do much, though we used to be able to use it to kick in an autoban for spammers linking their crappy webstores and porn sites. The biggest use of - is to minimize a post.

There's a difference between bumping an old thread with releveant news or thoughts, and bumping 20 different beg threads (sometimes 2 threads for the same game) while using questionable punctuation and posting links to bad music videos.

You see it all over the place now, Orcishgamer.. people bleating about old threads being ressurected, when it's always been done that way.

I'm not getting in dick measuring contest with you or with how special you seem to think you are. Most of the people here started by trying to politely communicate to you that you were not being pleasant. You don't get that or don't care, either way, you're still being a tool. Please stop or go somewhere where people share your super special way of thinking. Since you are such a great writer there must be several places on the internet that could truly appreciate your special qualities. They surely must be wasted here.

OK.. fair enough.. if someone is abusing the situation then I've not been paying attention. But this type of thread is becoming more common.. I had a 'discussion' about this very thing only yesterday on another forum and it's still rather fresh in my mind.
