Never Alone Arctic Collection, half climactic puzzle-platformer, half lesson on a different world, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com. Look out for the release at 67% off in the Big Fall Sale 24-hour Daily Deals!

Some games are good. Some games are important. Some are honest. Never Alone is all of those things.
Not long ago, the indigenous Alaskan community found themselves searching and searching for an investment that will both bring in more money to the community, and help promote their rather unfamiliar culture across the world. So, what better way to do that than by funding a video game?
Never Alone is as much a game as it is a historical piece on a culture most of us have heard of, but are hardly familiar with. There's love for the subject matter at every turn. The story, an old Iñupiaq folk tale, is narrated in the native language and supplemented with beautiful cutscenes that mimic the traditional ink art of the Alaskan people. As you play you'll unlock short videos, legitimately interesting cultural insights into the realities of growing up in an entirely different world than we're used to.

The Arctic Collection includes single player and local co-op, as well as a few extra hours of gameplay and a new folk tale with the Fox Tales DLC.

Life is treacherous and sudden in the snow covered wastelands of Alaska, and Never Alone Arctic Collection brings it out with love and respect, now DRM-free on GOG.com.
This has been on my wishlists for ages but I'm really happy I didn't buy it until now! Great collection, thanks GOG.
I wonder if there's any chance of a linux version? After all the crap in Windows 10 I've decided never to use it and to switch over to linux completely, so it's become a massive selling point for me. I'll keep a legacy WIn 7, so I've bought this, but I really value linux versions moving forward.

Hickory: My thoughts exactly; at this price (67% discount) temptation gets the better of me. Bought!
nice!
Hey, pretty cool that this game was released on GOG! A bit late, but still better than never. And definitely worth the current price, seeing that it includes DLC and soundtrack.
Nice! Don't have this on Steam yet so glad to have a choice of preference here.
Bought.

Been interested in this on Steam for a while but held off hoping it would make it here. Guess I made the right choice!

Wishbone: Graphically, this looks absolutely beautiful. Gameplay-wise, it seems to resemble Limbo quite a bit. All in all, it looks very very good.
Hopefully it doesn't resemble Limbo in terms of reported gameplay length (half hour a few mentioned a fair way back - on Limbo) ;).
I have this on Steam. Highly recommended--it's very much in the vein of Limbo and Another World, but with its own twist. If you have a friend to play it with, definitely do co-op. One of the better co-op games I've played.

Huh, guess I'm just bad at games. I took me two hours at least (probably more, it was a while ago, so I can't quite remember) to finish Limbo. You can probably speedrun it in half an hour, but probably not on your first playthrough.

Still, game length isn't everything. As long as you enjoy yourself and feel like you got your money's worth, it's all good.
FAN.TAS.TIC!!! Thank you very much GOG!
Even lacking a Linux port, this was an insta-buy for me!
Last I checked, they didn't have a Mac version. So this showing up on GOG for Windows and Mac was a very pleasant sight, indeed.
I promised myself I would stopped by games because I have so little time to play them. This one is making me re-consider.
