P.S.: When I saw the pic of the woman I KNEW some people here would jump on the sexism bandwaggon. Ridiculous imo. Sex sells and that's a catchprase that is very old and that probably also will not change in a long time. As long as the product in question is not bad I could not care less. Also a fighting woman is a picture of a strong woman imo. At least she does not look like a helpless damsel ;)

There are many brawny bare-chested guys in the game as well, so I don't think this could be considered sexism. Although boobs can be sooo appealing... err... what were we talking about?

This is killing me! I already bought like 10 games during the Christmas sale. Now this game comes out. Too many games, too little time.

Although, knowing something well doesn't necessarily have to translate into creating something fun. But well...this game is definitely fun.
Just died horribly in that sewer section. Lost 3 lives to the swarm of flies and 1 at the boss, trying to actually hit him while falling into the water all the time...

Well, depends on what you consider beat em up. One of my all time favorite games is Devil May Cry 3, a game which I believe has many things in common with classic beat em ups.

It serves as both an advertisement and warning. If you like scantily clad females this game is for you. If you don't like scantily clad females then stay far, far away from this game. If you buy the game dont complain about the scantily clad girls running around everywhere, you were clearly warned :p

indeed. devil may cry fits the genre as a whole i think, however my main jam is the sidescrolling type (dmc is a fine series tho).

got this game cos im a big streets of rage fan and i might say its well worth buying while its on sale, so fun and lots of replayability for unlocks, my highest combo so far was 113, when you collect a (P) in game it zooms in on your character and u can do massive combos with specials without losing HP, moo reccomends this game it is moo certified :3
