Yes, I know, it was a joke :)

Obviously, at the same price I would buy the version that contains both as well. I have the original version. It makes no sense for the price to be the same. But on Steam you can only buy the EE+Original and here you can choose. At the moment, the EE is not worth a purchase, its value is almost zero.

People complained about the original version being gone as a standalone purchase. So it's back, but with the same price as the enhanced edition. The latter is poorly rated, so giving the impression you're getting some extra for the same price might help it sell.
For me it would be:

Stronghold Crusader
Total Annihlation
Swat 4
Star Wars Battlefront II
Arkham City
Factorio
Mafia 1
Sleeping Dogs
Civilization IV
low rated
"Must have" games...

There are MANY personal favorite games on GOG that I would recommend, but to name a few...

Blackguards
Blackguards II
Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30
Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood
Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway
Call of Juarez Bound in Bound
Call of Juarez Gunslinger
Divinity Original Sin II
Dragon Age Origins
Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen
Gothic
Gothic 2
Gothic 3
Greedfall
GUN
Mafia
Mafia II
Neverwinter Nights
Neverwinter Nights II
Red Faction Guerilla
Sleeping Dogs
Styx
XCOM Enemy Unknown
I would say, maybe Ultima 4?

(With that said, I do prefer the Sega Master System to the DOS version.)

Ancient-Red-Dragon: There is no such thing as a "must have" game on GOG, nor anywhere else.

Not all people like all games.

I, for example, think a whole lot of the games listed in the OP are crap.
So what would be your favorite games on GOG then?
Ok, but what are the top mustn't have games on gog?

Ah, the must not have games on GOG list, also called the list of games removed from GOG...

Well, there are some games that have a reputation for being quite terrible:
* Arabian Nights
* Ultima 8 and 9
* Might & Magic 9

And there are games that I think are terrible, but are for some reason quite popular:
* Ultima 7
* Baldur's Gate 1 and 2
"Must have" are strong words.

The ones I'd recommend, though, are:

Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 were awesome games...way back then. Now I keep them just to own these classics. There are too many other games to play to look back for a replay of the old, but being able to own them is quite satisfying. :)

I have a love/hate relationship with Ultima 7. Loved the exploring and the lore, hated the inventory management and the combat at times. It's also another must own game, even if I may never play it again lol.

The biggest problems I had with Baldur's Gate and its sequel are:
* Real time with pause combat is not good; it's worse than turn based, and it's worse than full real time.
* I don't like the isometric view. Also, you can't directly control your characters; movement requires clicking on a spot and hoping that the game's pathfinding algorithm does its job, which becomes particularly obnoxious when there's traps invovled.
* BG1 keeps you at level 1 for too long, which results in the game inheriting the issues that low level AD&D has
* BG2 keeps interrupting you with side quests, often with time limits, when you're trying to do other things. (It would be better if conversations that result in side quests would only be initiated as the direct result of player actions.)

For me, Ultima 7's terrible combat is a dealbreaker for me, along with the need to manually feed your characters (forcing interaction with your inventory that would not have been necessary otherwise).
Something that carries a cost and isn't strictly necessary for survival can't be a "must have", so I'd restrict myself to the free games, and while I played and enjoyed some, I wouldn't really put any of them under that heading either. But, even though I haven't played it, if it's supposed to be like TTD only better, then there would be something to be said about OpenTTD, now that it was added here as well.

Otherwise, if you mean games on GOG that I really liked and think others should also at least try, Bloodlines, Planescape: Torment, Gothic 1 and 2, KotOR 1 and 2, King's Bounty: The Legend, Betrayal at Krondor, Quest for Glory 2&3 (maybe 1 too), maybe also The Bard's Tale (2004) for a funny one.
So far are only ones i come back to over and over again.

Ring Runner - Flight of the sages
Rebel Galaxy
Windforge
Space Pirates and Zombies
