Elliot's Quest
BTA: Elliot's Quest OST

Looks like a neat little game. Sounds somewhat Metroidvania-esque which I always like. Will probably pick this up tonight or tomorrow after looking at it some more.
Look neat, but is is an alpha version :(
Usually I stay away of alpha and beta games. Still too much to be done, saves games sometimes aren't compatible between versions, etc...

Ahh, that is a bit disappointing... but I've gotten a couple of alpha games, so I still might get it if only to support the developer.

WHen i saw this, first thing that comes to mind is Simplistic.Ill pass. Wish IGS would put a link to the OST so people can actually hear what the tracks are like in case they do pay BTA... (couldnt find option to listen to tracks if there was even one)

New "alpha" game seems nice, but im tired of alpha games. Some of them never end development, like Super Tower Rush, unfinished and left as is, the developers are now with AdventureOS on indiegogo... sorry but many alphas never get to end as really finished games... :(

It also depends on the game, like Vox is being alpha for years and it still crashes even though the developer said he fixed it in one of the latest updates. If you can't even play a game.
But not every alpha is taking years of progress though.

Yep, it's The Adventures of Shuggy. I just tried to pick up Elliot Quest with just 15 minutes left, but when I clicked "Purchase Now," it took me to a screen to choose the amount I want to pay for Shuggy. Looks like I missed the boat on Elliot Quest.

I posted a few minutes after attempting to purchase it, and I was relying on the countdown on the IndieGamestand page, which said 14 minutes left. Ah well, I tried. :)

I just delayed a bit before posting here. And it wasn't my computer clock being off, but the countdown on the site wasn't accurate.

Contact IGS and explain the situation to them. Perhaps they can help you out, especially if it wasn't your fault.
