Pretty much. Bought a card 1-2 years ago that came with codes (Steam and Uplay games), and I had the same question too. Asked Nvidia support about it, and they simply didn't care what you did with the codes. So I gave those codes to my brother.

It would also help if you state what kind of codes they are (Steam and/or GOG).
