Since you're obviously still swamped and are slowly working your way through the backlog of emails/tickets/submissions and whatnot you might want to rephrase the text of the automated email you're apparently sending out to devs having submitted their game.
This meager 2 weeks period of response time (as reported here) after which devs can be "safe to assume we [GoG] decided to pass on the submitted game" surely is WAY too short to properly review all submissions in a fair manner, IF you're even able to get to them in those 2 weeks of time.
I think devs would be more understanding if that automated email said something more along the lines of:
"Hey, your submission has been received, but with the pandemic going on and having to work from home and the sheer number of emails, support tickets and game submissions our comparatively small staff's still slowly working their way through we might not be able to properly review your submitted game in a timely manner and it may, in fact, take us several months before we even get to your submission.
So if you don't receive a response within 2 weeks don't be alarmed. It just means we haven't got the time yet to review your submission and/or get back to you about it yet."
Some examples of the submissions/devs that are still waiting for a response (and hopefully in the meantime didn't get discouraged by the utter lack thereof):
Selaco
Realms of Antiquity
Riddle of the Sphinx: An Egyptian Adventure
Star Fleet II: Krellan Commander (v2.0)
Phantasie series(?)
Wishlist entries:
Selaco
Realms of Antiquity
Riddle of the Sphinx: An Egyptian Adventure
Star Fleet II: Krellan Commander, STAR FLEET II - Krellan Commander Version 2.0
Phantasie series
