Hmmm. The more I read, the more my spider sense gives me uneasy feelings about Blotunga (creating a second L-2 wagon on GH at D2) and Micro. More on it after the break.

I'm entirely with you on the evaluation that Blotunga is scum.

I agree that Pooka can't be anything but town. Have sen zero signs of scumplay there so far. Votes and posts are sensible and town-aligned.

I also don't think you're scum. A scum!Bookwyrm would have no need to defend me when I started the day as a probable lynch. You wouldn't have to lift a finger to cause Town to lose another two players.

Trent is always hard to analyze, but I haven't seen particularly scummy actions/votes. I disagree with his view on the IC and think an early reveal ends helping scum more than Town, but Trent is always strong-opinionated anyway so this is mostly NAI. And his vote on Lift was a bit of kneejerk reaction to Lift giving enough weight to the IC opinion to vote him. Plus, he's telling the truth in his post #624: if you guys assume I'm town and he is scum his D3 doesn't make much sense. Plus, Flocke didn't give any hints of scumminess.

GH is a weird cookie. At first he is usually a bit hard to figure out because you have to give him a pass when he does some scummy actions or his posts conflict themselves. With that aside I learned to read him well in past games through his mood (mostly when he is writing fluff), but in this game there is little fluff and RL issues to affect his mood so he goes back to being complicated to figure out.
That said, I simply don't think he can be scum with Blotunga. When Blotunga voted him in #424 he made it L-2. Think about that, one lynch that is "almost too easy" like you said, would Blotunga really benefit from distancing/bussing there? So if we lynch Blotunga and find scum I think that clears GH.

Catte isn't entirely off my scum list yet, but he's not my secondary scum candidate. What weighs more against him is low participation, but that is even a bit of a towny Catte from previous games.

Micro on the other hand is the one I would call your attention to if either I'm lynched today (and found town, naturally) or we lynch blotunga and find scum. Micro mostly flies under the radar, tried to push a Lift wagon since D1 with no particularly deep reasons IMO, and balanced wagons back then despite somewhat suspecting the lead wagon GH.

I won't be much around for the weekend but I find this focus around me unsettling. It usually gets me mislynched. Imho what I did was perfectly logical.

Yes? he isn't my first choice but I'd be willing to lunch him. I'd prefer GH (as stated previous days). I intend to be back tonight (8 hours or so) but no guarantees.

Furthermore, my reasoning re lift was a convoluted one. The whole ZFR-GH-Lift triangle was really really weird.
Between ZFR's reasoning and my gut, I figured Lift was acting arguably scummiest D1. yes, i somewhat suspected GH, but decided to go for my alternate lunch because 1) coin flip, 2) I enjoy GH's role-playing and Lift doesn't do enough, 3) it was D1 and GH was at L2 but I wasn't confirmed enough in my suspicion to vote him D1 when I had an equally-to-me-good-candidate-for-lunching. D2 Lift kept looking worse and worse to me. Not necessarily anything I could put my finger on and go "this is IT!" but until trent and the "push the IC to claim" bit (which I still see as scummy), I had no better candidates than Lift (GH as 2nd) and as I said D1 I wasn't sure which of that triad was scum, but based on gut and their actions I figured at least one of them was playing scummy. We now know that neither ZFR nor Lift were scum, but I didn't know that then.
Also, I wasn't trying to "balance wagons" as you put it. My vote for lift D2 was because I didn't see others coming to my POV for Trent and I still wasn't convinced GH was scum. Honestly, what Nmillar did EoD2 was far scummier than what I did in what you term "balancing of wagons." I refuse to vote for
I know I haven't been as involved in this game as I should be and that's on me.
Also you commented that I misrepresented an L1 on nmillar D2. I rechecked and you are correct. Catte (475) talked about putting him at L1 and I mentally tabulated "L1" but forgot to double check before writing.

Honestly, i stil see you as scummy despite your self-ISOs but I do like your amount of work.

I don't think GH and Trent are on a team - a big part of my reasoning for suspecting GH is opportunistically pushing Trent's wagon and it didn't feel like distancing.
