1. I try/have tried to avoid nolynch a bit more in general (even though I might find it preferable sometimes) because I was/am trying to give the veteran players's stance(a lynch to analyze being better than nolynch) a chance to see if it holds merit and can help town.

2. I seem to recall (correct me if i'm wrong) that after, before or during hammer you seemed to be saying you hammered and didn't wait because you felt Blotunga wasn't coming back and/or had gone offline.

As for nolynch, I prefer it (even if I don't always push for it) when the lead wagon isn't one of my suspects usually out of a generally overly cautious nature of mine......I am a bit more afraid (on average)to make the wrong choices.

They likely do....thing is, I have said it during other times(and iirc even outside of the games) as well. I do so, so town playing with me know my "quirks"(IRL issues) and don't unwisely think them as AI as they usually would be with others, and then mislynch me due to gauging me like any other player.

Offtopic: Sorry btw if I came off a bit strongly there.....I felt a bit that my IRL reasons were not being given the respect/courtesy usually given to such in these games.

With that said, i'll be moving on as well from that topic.

What were you expecting it to be? For catte to have positive scum read on GH from that?
If you knew about this thing why did you back away from wanting him to tell everything only recently?

Then in #1007 you dislike his explanation and only 4 posts later you basically exlude him from your main suspects only after he told you it was nothing and he can't clear anyone?

@phaolo it's an interesting experiment and someone had to take that risk. I don't know yet what to make of the fact that both trains seem to be stalled. But not everyone has checked in yet.

Mayhaps....but (iirc) the scum team was more or less done for, some of us were losing enthusiasm for the game un general, and it was only delaying the inevitable to keep the game running.

You guys are going to hate this so much, but here it is:

None of the breadcrumbs ever meant anything, although I deliberately picked letters that would be somewhat ambiguous. I have been trying to get myself nightkilled since the beginning of the game because I was a little overwhelmed with work and thought the best thing I could achieve as a VT was to draw the night kill.
You thought it was obvious that I used the same method as the last game? I agree, that's why I used it. Well I wanted it to be spotted but hopefully not sPoRtsman levels of obvious. Full list of crumbs:

One - Very subtle, only the sort of thing that could be interpreted after the fact really.

Two - Actual breadcrumb in the format I used in the previous game SgtC (I was DrC in the last game). Painfully obvious to my eye, but perhaps no one noticed it.

Three - More obvious again, G is S. G chosen because there were two players with names beginning with G, S because it could be Scum/Salem or simply Slytherin.

Four - The big one. N is A. I picked nmillar because I was vaguely suspicious of him and wanted to see if I could freak him out (but I was still hoping for the response to be a night kill). A was chosen because it's hard to interpret, I had nothing specific in mind when I picked it. However it instead prompted nmillar to blow the whole thing up, although I still think he's been behaving in a paranoid manner today.

I felt like Micro did me a huge favour on D2 by bringing up the crumb but then pushing too hard, although the mafia still didn't go for it.
I can't wait to see the scum chat and find out if the mafia saw right through me or if they didn't notice anything until today.

The reason I've been evasive today is because I didn't want to give up on my dream of being night killed. If I'd come out straight away and said it was all bollocks then the scum wouldn't go for me. But folks just would not leave it alone so here we are. I still think that forcing a player to explain breadcrumbs prematurely is a silly thing to do but I accept that I didn't handle the questioning very well. I didn't want to outright deny it too much because I was worried the scum would believe that, so I opted for the coy "maybe it means something, but now isn't the time" approach to see if I could pique their interest while shutting down the questions. I don't know what would have been the best approach to be honest.

My worry that gogtrial died because of my crumb was real, although I don't feel directly responsible even if that's what happened. I have literally no idea what the scum could have though G is S might have meant.

I think at least one of nmillar and GH are scum, although both seems unlikely. I'm leaning towards nmillar being scum based on the way he's been today. Having said that, the "witch" mistake came across as a genuine mistake and I'm not sure I see scum!nmillar making that mistake if he knew GH was town. So... I dunno.
