Ultimately it's at the mod's discretion, but without some official acknowledgement/warning from the mod it makes the claim look suspect. We had a previous game where a player seemingly posted their entire PM... and then wasn't warned or modkilled. The reason they weren't warned was that the entire PM they posted was a fake and thus not really in breach of the rules.

My bad. I am used to the rules being the same for the most part, and usually I skim the ones that seem to be the same(though I shouldn't of course).

You may be right, or maybe it's late game(or very deep into the game) and joe doesn't want to replace someone at this point(which would also confirm their PM and out the new player anyways). Or maybe Joe hasn't been on or seen it yet? That could also be what is going on.

Replacement isn't used as a punishment, that's just when someone has to drop out. When a rule is badly or repeatedly broken, the character itself is usually removed from the game - that's a modkill. It's at Joe's discretion, but I think it's safe to say Joe has been presented with quite a dilemma because a modkill at this stage would drastically alter the course of the game.

And I wasn't expecting him to have seen it last night, I wasn't saying it was conspicuous that he hadn't said anything yet, it would just become conspicuous if he didn't say anything ever.

Re-reading it in the cold light of day, it is pretty clear you've paraphrased it. The way you laid it out was very PM-like which is what threw me.

Well, it appears a lot has happened overnight. I don't really like the fact that you're repeatedly highlighting that LOLChan has potentially broken one of the rules, and should be mod-killed. I don't think it was necessary to do this, as we could have carried on without mod intervention. Looking at this subjectively, this looks like you're attempting to push for a mod kill to give you an advantage.

Of course, this assumes that LOLChan's claim is genuine. If it is to be believed, then we've had 3 trackers in this game, and so far no other confirmed PRs for either side.

This also raises the question about whether Pooka is now verified or not. Only RFG would have been able to confirm what he was alluding to in the earlier post. I'm confused about why he was asking LOLChan for verification if he knew LOLChan was just a backup?

As of right now, only GameRager is confirmed as town.

It's also occurred to me, that if we are to believe AgentCarr's claim from Day 1 that Dedo was originally in the scum team, then one of us has changed alignments since the game began. Presumably then, they had a town role PM initially, so they've got an easy claim when confronted. This is why I'm now questioning Pooka's claim from earlier on, as s/he could just be quoting the name from the original town PM s/he received (sorry, I don't know your gender).

Actually, the post you're quoting is me saying it's probably ok. I saw this late last night and upon re-reading, it wasn't as close to the actual PM as I thought. I was pretty worried last night as I could see LOLchan getting modkilled and that losing us the game, however I'm not one to hope that Joe doesn't notice even if it's a disadvantage to us. I've been wondering about this. I think what he was alluding to was having tracked pooka and seen him doing nothing on a night with a kill, thus clearing him, but I'd guess he wanted to leave the door open in case LOLchan caught him doing something later. 'pooka is probably town unless LOLchan says otherwise'

Overall, I think I believe LOLchan's claim. I also believe pooka very likely town. GR is confirmed unless Joe is a bastard.
