JMich: My, my, you really are a bloodthirsty one, aren't you?

Fine, I will do your killing, even if you are a lying townie. And by lying townie I do mean those posts you consider joke ones, aka the scum claiming ones.

Off to off Cristigale, hope no redirects.
That "your" killing" implies that you did not want to shoot her. Am I to assume that you preferred we lynched her on D7? And if so, why did you go through with the kill then? Allegedly, not even yogsloth wanted you to.

Robbeasy: I stood guard, but was not visited.

We are Definitely being played by someone here - both cops coming through again??!!!

Jmich - could you please outline exactly why, with no flips, you felt sure enough about Cristigale to vig shoot?
The question is - can you stand guard again since you were not visited by anyone?

I also find it extremely suspicious that both cops are still in the game.

What do you think about yogsloth's scum claiming posts?
You did ask the cops some odd questions. Any chance you'd share something more about them?

And what do you think about him hammering on cristigale even though she said she would use her lynchproof ability?

I guess that HijacK getting night-killed may be seen as indirect confirmation of him being town. And I assume that he's the worm in the eight feet tall (wow) Tequila bottle I found.

I'd be surprised if Sage doesn't come and say that she investigated HijacK, unless of course she claims to have investigated me and was also blocked.
I also kind of expect CSPVG to come and say that he also investigated me and was also blocked.

I may have something to add after Sage and CSPVG report in.

So are you thinking that someone blocked people from investigating you? When Yogs mentioned it I thought that it would be someone blocking him, but are you thinking someone blocked you, with you being the only unknown?

Let's wait for the two investigative roles to report in first. Though now that I shared a bit of my thoughts, it's quite likely that they'll report something different.

Mostly a jab at the bloodthirstiness exhibited by yogsloth in this game. I did explain last day why one of Sage or Cristigale would have to be lynched, even though I only skimmed the failed lynch part, so my mind had her pegged as lynched. Since yogsloth so eloquently reminded me that she was still alive, I did use my vigilante shot on the one I was convinced was scum.
Sorry I had to take mom for a tooth removal today.

I picked ddickinson and she came back with no gun.

I am wondering about this line from our mod:

"Some of you have been set free."
I too investigate HypersomniacLive, and was told that my view was blocked.

I'm feeling a little too tired and a little too sick to add anything at this stage. Hopefully I'll have something more for you all tomorrow.
Okay, here are some summaries I have made. Probably not very helpful and there may be some errors, but hopefully it will help summarise the events so far.

Claimed night actions:
CSPVG: Investigated Hyper, but blocked.
ddickinson: Bugger all.
HypersomniacLive: Unknown.
JMich: Killed Cristigale, the meanie.
Robbeasy: Stood guard, but no one visited. Poor Robb stood there all alone all night.
Sage103082: Frisked me for a gun, but at least she was gentle about it.
yogsloth: Investigated Hyper, but blocked.

So we seem to have a role that can prevent one player from getting investigated. But the question is why protect Hyper? Was it to protect him as he is Scum? Or was it someone trying to cause some confusion? What role would Scum have that can block investigations?

I'm writing the following off the top of my head, so sorry if I got any of it wrong.

Player summary:
CSPVG: Investigate once by yogsloth, result Town.
ddickinson: Investigated twice, once by CSPVG and once by Sage, result Town.
HypersomniacLive: Unknown.
JMich: Investigated once by CSPVG, result Town.
Robbeasy: Unknown.
Sage103082: Investigated once by yogsloth, result Town.
yogsloth: Investigated twice, once by CSPVG and once by himself.

So based on this we have:
Town: CSPVG (1), ddickinson (2), JMich (1), Sage103082 (1), and yogsloth (2).
Unknown: HypersomniacLive and Robbeasy (claims Town PGO).

If we are still to believe our cops, then we have 5 confirmed Town and two unknowns. Do we lynch one of the unknown? One of the confirmed Town players? Or do we waste another night trying to re-investigate players to see who they are? Have we had any cop investigation that came back as Scum?

Do you think there is a strong chance that one or more of our reads are incorrect? Is it likely that we have 5 confirmed Town players (three of which are investigation rolls)? If one of the cops is not who they say they are, then it's possible that those who have only been investigated once could be Scum. If we have another player with a redirection ability, then it's possible that several of the confirmed reads could be false.

Maybe a reference to Hyper getting blocked? Or maybe some players have powers that have been blocked so far and are now able to use them? Who knows with Flub.
This is my official bah post.

What the cheese happened here? You guys look like a mess.

JMich: I do find HijacK's way of playing idiotic
Right back at you, chief. Your overly optimistic views on people stop the realism from kicking in.

You either don't pay enough attention, deliberately play naive, or really cannot connect the dots.

As for flubbucket's comment - just watch the animated gif he linked to, should clear up a few things, especially since his very next post announced two deaths.

ddickinson: What role would Scum have that can block investigations?
A jailer? Flavor seems to suggest the vigilante kill was last action of the night, so cristigale could have used her power.

Now, for possibilities
1) HypersomniacLive. Still no claim, and biggest unknown so far.
2) Robbeasy. PGO claim seems quite likely, unsure how often he has stood guard. Policy lynch still an option, probably for tomorrow though.
Less likely possibilities
3) Sage103082. A Godfather would be quite possible, and still fit the gunsmith claim. Hasn't been tracked/watched visiting someone, and a godfather would trump the two cops. Would also explain the killing of HijacK.

Others seem less likely, though obviously not impossible.

Good thing I like to check my facts then instead of jumping to conclusions ;)

I thought about jailer, but as cristigale was seen as Scum, I did not know if it would be another role.

The Mafia Wiki says this about the Jailkeeper role: "A Jailkeeper (or Jailer)'s Night Action is one that protects its target from kills, but also Roleblocks its target."

If Flub followed this formula, would Hyper getting put in jail have prevented the two cops investigating him? It says it Roleblocks the target and protects them from kill, not investigations. Jailing Hyper would block Hyper's actions during the night, not the cops. Would their investigations also be blocked while he was in jail?

Seriously now, do you do it on purpose? Read a bit further down:
Some Jailkeepers not only protect their target from all kills, but also render its target untargetable by all other actions during that Night.
cristigale allegedly did this at least once. The question is if she actually did it again last night, or if yogsloth picked up on it and used it to make the claim he made, both for last night and every other time he claimed to have been blocked.

HypersomniacLive: ...
Not on purpose, so sorry about that. I don't know how I missed that part.

It's not just that part from the Mafia Wiki. As I said, there's been plenty of comments and posts about it, ever since N1 ended. Did none of them catch your attention? See now why I made my earlier comment to you?
Greetings from North Carolina, where the girls are pretty, the accents aren't too bad, and BBQ means actual BBQ.

Best guess is the obvious one... Cristi jailed HSL.

She should have jailed jMitch... Wonder why she didn't.

I can't bold on mobile, so mod please forgive this formatting
