Grargar: Hmm... When did you buy the game? Also, can you really see a serial? I'm asking for two reasons:

1) When the game was released, there were reports that there was a "Serial Keys" button, but it would not generate a serial (something about them being depleted or such). I assume that was partly because...

2)... the official servers shut down months after the game's release here, which made said serials obsolete.
I bought it on Nov 14, 2015 and never got a serial. It always said "Serial keys depleted" (and still does) in my library so it is indeed obsolete.

I see. In that case, I wonder if current purchases of the game still come with serials...

About "Serial keys depleted", I only encountered once.
It was S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

I contacted the customer service, and get the auto-gen key in GOG Library one week later.
I always download installers and record keys immediately after buying new games.
So I can sure World in Conflict key was auto-gen for me.

Of course the key is obsolete now, but "Serial keys depleted" maybe not a good indication.

I handle downloading and archiving games the same. Somehow the keys were already depleted when I got it (although you got a key on a later date...it is a little confusing here) and after the shutdown of the servers I never bothered to write to support.

Neverwinter Nights Diamond is the second pre-2012 game that has now gained automatic serial generation. You no longer need to contact support and wait till they send the key; just check your library and you should be good to go.

Curiouser and curiouser...

OK, I can't find any info here about what the serials do, so I'll assume they are necessary for multiplayer. Thanks for the info.

Pillars of Eternity have auto-gen serial number in GOG Library.
10 characters mixed with numbers and upper case letters.

I have The White March - Expansion Pass.
Only the base game have serial number.
