You know as i think about it, i recall a sudden influx of new people coming in, bad trading, stupid stuff a while back... Then just disappeared, like a short blip... Some people got annoyed but overall the environment/community hasn't really changed...

How curious...

Well, I plan on adding to it so that it's more comprehensive - hence the title. Hopefully, one day, it will truly reflect the nature of the post. :)
I've just added a bit about GOG Support.
Are there any areas you think should be addressed?

Great post, definitely cleared a few things up.

Perhaps a short bit on where to change your community settings such as avatar (your library when hovering over the avatar picture) and sub heading etc (My Recent Posts -> My Settings)? Took me a moment to find the sub heading, and I've noticed a few users with the default 'New User' even with a higher Rep.

That's a good point. I had trouble finding the right area to change my user label until Sachys had an explanatory bit added to the giveaways.

Perhaps basic utilization tutorials for the forum interface could be added? (Not trying to intrude, just a thought.)

If you're making a New topic/Thread to ask a question don't forget to check the "Mark as Question / Problem" button found just under the "Topic subject" area.

This will highlight the thread as a question and also allow the one who created the thread to select a posted response as a solution.

Which can be handy to help others who experience the same problem quickly track down the fix. -_^

Also, don't forget the long running forum games. ^_^

Finished Giveaways section.

I want to add a bit about the stars on the Reputation section. Anybody know the exact number of rep you need per star?

As per suggestions listed above, I'm also going to add a section on:

Forum Settings

A note about the finite length of posts. -- Anyone also know how long a post can be? --- 9000 characters.
Note that when replying to a post, you can snip long posts, and if you have more than one person linked in a reply post, only one or neither will get a notification.

As per cecil's questions
1. How do the stars work? it looks like you have 2 --- Stars will be in the Rep part as soon as I know myself!

4. Is there an average "conversion rate" between steam and GOG games when it comes to trade? --- Again, Trading section.

5. Why do some people say must be Gift Link for trading? --- Uh....

6. Do you know of any Mac oriented trading threads or topics? --- Help?

Should I also add:

Instead of the broken forum search use google like [url=https://www.google.de/search?q=site:gog.com+dosbox+roland+mt-32]this[/url]. Doesn't help with the impersonating scammers though.
