gameon: My main issue with the game was that there were enemies who tracked you down too often while driving. But maybe there are mods for that.

Rohan15: There actually is, as well as two different 'graphics' mods on ModDB.
Nice. I shall have to check it out at some point. The landscape was fantastic. Well worth exploring.

Yeah. I wonder what the editors choice will be. Whatever it will be, it's a an extra.

Its not just one editors choice game - sounded like thats what you thought. Last January they had a number of 2011 games as the editors choice ones. Some never went on sale in January but a handful did and I snagged one of those (can't recall which one atm) and added a $5 code I had.

Right now, the list for the 2012 games looks like this...

So people can choose from a selection of "editors choices" and pick one to use the $5 off voucher?
Huh... Titan Quest has been added to the better than average THQ bundle.

In that case January will be like christmas all over again!
Sadly there's only 2 games I'm even marginally interested in in that list, and they'd have to go on sale to be of any interest with the coupon. Guess I don't need any more $5 coupons. Let's see if Amazon gets any more sales out of me.

It was last year. Holy crap, in some ways the end of January was better than Black Friday itself, thanks to Amazon.

They'll add way more to that list. They did last year, Amazon keeps making deals right up to the deadline, it seems, you'll get more to pick from, trust me.

Amazon will still have some good gaming sales between now and Dec 31 I'm sure. They did last year. The point is getting the games on sale, the $5 bonus is just that, a bonus. Use it or don't - it won't take away from getting a good price via their normal sales. I almost didn't use mine last year but ended up doing so a day or two before it expired.

You'd probably most likely only be hurting yourself if you're not going to buy a game between now and then based on a $5 gift code that you may not use.
