Back in the 80's, I was registered to some BBS's (precursors of the Internet), and yes, I used "Slaughter" as my alias (user name) for all of them. I ended up being the cosysop of 2 BBS's.

When I registered to the first BBS, I only had a minute or two to choose an alias before getting logged out. I had no idea in mind, until I saw on my desk a very nice drawing made by a friend, who used "Slaughter" as his signature. That's the only word I saw and that's the name I chose that day. Still, I don't know why I chose it, because I don't like that heavy metal band. I was a teenager at that time.

I decided to shorten the name to "Slaugh" when I started using the Internet, to limit the spam and remain anonymous online...

Don't know about the specific one, but Desura's Freedom Firdays have always been a mix of always free and paid titles.

A Date in the Park is a short and weird free point and click adventure game, inspired by things like David Lynch and the feeling of oddness in a banal situation.

Story:
You are Lou. You've recently moved to Lisbon, in Portugal, to take up a new job and start a new life. Within days of arriving, you meet an enchanting woman, Catarina, at a bar on a night out. After a few hours of connecting, you agree to meet her the next day in her favourite park.

You arrive at the stunning park on a beautiful sunny day, with high hopes. Lou soon realises the atmosphere is a little off... it's not going to be an average date.
