Telika: Now, i don't want to sound old and grouchy, but when i was a kid, demons had cool names like Belzebuth or Pazuzu or Gog. What happened now, it's like they started hiring just any cheap average joe, charlie or bob.

I blame David Lynch and Al Quaeda.
Demons/ghosts/spirits are cute and fun. God is the enemy. That's the message in our modern 'civilized' society.

Well, I mean, not always.

There was that one time I summoned a demon with some spinning pencils on my homework folder. I didn't get possessed or anything, but it hung around for a while. Later on, it killed my entire family, burned down my village, gave my dog cholera, caused the local crops to fail, and poisoned the village well.

Actually, now that I say that out loud, maybe it wasn't such a hot idea after all.

No self-respecting Mexican demon is going to answer to "Charlie"... You need to say "Carlos" or "Carlito". Duh.
