JoeSapphire: Like when he's in a video meeting. Quick everybody! Go go go!
I'm back, not that it would have made a practical difference. It would be nice to see what Cadaver has to say and reply to it before you drop the axe on me though.

Isn't Pal-o-Mine a product of the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation?
Does Lift's cabinet and the Rebels both have night chat?

It makes me wonder why they didn't discuss what would happen if a cabinet member was nominated before Day 1 and why Lift then felt the need to ask his judge to execute someone during the day phase. Would he say that to an experienced player like SPF? I'm not so sure. I suppose it's a new game to everyone. Could it be a bluff to get us to execute 3 none cabinet players?

Is it possible to not have an execution btw and is there any benefit to this. For those of us not in gov it allows the Rebels a good opportunity to find gov players during the night phase.

Yes and no:

zazak09:
The Commander and Judge do not know each other, as that would make it too easy for the rebels to win.The Grand Vizier can send a one way message to government officials during the intrigue phase if he wants to divulge that information.
It took me a minute to find that. I was certain I'd seen it somewhere but it wasn't in the OP.

No. When we hit the deadline, the player with the most votes gets executed, or both in the event of a tie (or all three I guess). Lots of deaths is worse than one death.
Official Vote Count

Joe 2 - SirP (292), Gamerager (313)

SirP 2 - ZFR (306), supplementscene (325)

zazak09: Joe 1 - Gamerager (313)
SirP is voting for me as well I think?
I'm not done yet, but I'm almost done.

We have time till Thursday, right?
So let's think it over.

There are 2 nominees: Joe and SPF.

One of them could be Imam or Rebel. Rebels will never accuse themselves, that means that another accused player could be either a common protester / Imam or even a Judge (defector).
We know that the Judge wasn't replaced since the Day 1 and that he might have been among Cadaver (me), SPF and Joppo (not the case now, since he was lynched), because why else Vizier would ask his Judge to overrule the voting process, and before that why he propose to not vote Joppo?

However we also know that Judge haven't reacted to direct orders. Why? Maybe the Judge was out since that post all this time (lurking due to IRL) , maybe he got secret instructions from Vizier beforehand, maybe Vizier was messing with us and neither Cadaver (me) nor SPF was a Judge (meaning it was someone else), lastly Vizier could be just confused with rules but he wasn't *wise* enough to ask Zazak in private. I doubt that Lith was confused, I can read several meaning to his posts.

But first, I think, we need to check what are the chances that the Judge was among the accused players on D1 or that he was an entirely different player. In both case why he decided to lynch Joppo and not me or SPF? And why on that time, and not earlier (like Viziers ordered) or later (we had plenty of time till that Thursday)?

Lastly could it be that Joppo was modkilled? Unlikely but I have to know for certain before moving on.

zazak09: The Supreme Judge declares Joppo guilty. Standby for execution.
Dear Sultan! Sorry to bother you again but could please clarify was it a modkill or was it the act of our Judge.
Sorry if someone answered this before, I might have missed some posts.

SirPrimalform: Anyone got any ideas what that could mean?
I am also interested in clarifying that. I read it that Judge used his power once, but first time I thought that it was a modkill like Joppo got his 2 warnings to reply in 48 hours, however Joppo had more than 10 hours by that time if I'm not mistaken.

I was actually being sarcastic to Supplementscene there. I don't think zazak would be ambiguous - a modkill would stated to be a modkill - thus I took that statement at face value and assumed the judge had just issued the order. There would be no reason to mention the judge in a modkill.

If I wanted to modkill Joppo in a flavourful way, I would say

"The Sultan grows tired of waiting for one of his subjects to speak and has him executed on the spot.

Joppo has been modkilled for breaking the 48 hour rule."

Or something like that.

zazak09: The Judge
Thank you!

SirPrimalform:
Yes, I see it now. But I have to rule out the craziest possibilities first.

So there are only 2 options:
1. Cadaver (me) or SPF (you) is the Judge.

2. Judge acted from outside to put a blame on me or you, possibly thinking that Joppo is a Rebel. The Judge could have been a lurker, hence slow reaction to direct orders.

Hmm... Let me re-read all the posts again.

Also where is Pooka?
Also why the heck GR couldn't be politically correct for the amount of time suitable for Mafia game session?!

Hmm, if you are the judge was that little question to Zazak an attempted derpclear?

It could be, yes. Also it was a test for your reaction.
I'm not ruling out the possibility that Cadaver could be the Judge, but I just have to check everything I can.

IF the Judge is:
1) Cadaver, why he lynched Joppo and SPF?
2) SPF, why he lynched Joppo and Cadaver?
3) other player, what was his motives?

Lastly what was the real meaning of Vizier's orders to Judge?

You can do it??? Thank you very much! I thought it was against the rules.

*EBWOP*:
IF the Judge is:
1) Cadaver, why he lynched Joppo and *NOT* SPF?
2) SPF, why he lynched Joppo and *NOT* Cadaver?
3) other player, what was his motives?

Lastly what was the real meaning of Vizier's orders to Judge?

Like I said I need to check the posts again, also some recent ones I want to reply.
