VeldrinMaven: I am pretty sure it will come to GOG. They even released it on consoles, so why not on GOG. Just a bit more patience. GOG is not the biggest priority, but GOG is growing and it will be a bigger priority in the future, no doubt about it. DRM-free distribution can be success for all.
The problem with any game that isn't a day one release on GOG, is that the number of expected sales on GOG is slowly plummeting. I'd imagine that the sales number for Axiom Verge, has already reached a minimum, and if the publisher doesn't see enough profit, they'll just not release it here at all.

People will have ended up getting it on consoles/STEAM, or worse as you can see from this current thread, they will be pissed with the developer/publisher and swear off buying the game, even if it does make its way on GOG. You can check several posts near the beginning of in this thread, where people state that they'll not buy it anymore.

I can only speak for myself and i have Axiom Verge on my wishlist for long. Even I have Steam if there is a tiny chance it come to GOG i won't buy it on Steam. I have enough games to play meanwhile, i have the luxury to be patient. Perhaps it will never be released on GOG. Then i won't buy its. It's just that simple, but i won't support Steam any longer.

I also do this, but I'd imagine that other than the people vocal on this forum, most of GOG's customers view GOG as just another platform, so if a game is cheaper elsewhere, they'll happily get it there.

Maybe you doing them GOG users wrong, i do not see that GOG is an alternative platform for steam users. They would just buy a cheak key on any key site for steam and not buy on GOG. GOG users, i believe, are mostly users that think GOG's policy is the right thing.

Also there are even games from before world war 1 that still get sold, so i do see a chance this game make it to come on this platform.

Aclectico: PSA: Axiom Verge is free from Epic Games right now. Not only that, but the version they are giving away is DRM free. I just checked. You can launch the game from the .exe file.
This has been discussed here for over two weeks. There's no need to necro a year old thread.
Another reason for Axiom Verge's absence on GoG?

Oh that's awful. I'm pretty sure the Switch copy I have was published by those guys. Well I'll definitely rebuy it if they bring it here.
