Indeed, it is!

As a lot, but not all, RPGMaker games tend to be more like mods than fully developed games as the game balance is usually insanely brutal nerf-fests with over-powered bullet-sponge enemies, but I will give credit to this person's game, there are a large set of unique and custom-made chipsets!

As the default chipset is nowhere to be seen! :)
The only complaint I have is that GOG has this listed as Action RPG, but it looks more like one of those JRPGs with turn-based combat that occurs real time (meaning combat doesn't grind to a half waiting for someone to take their turn.)

Wish listed for now because my backlog is too big to buy anything and odd labeling isn't a detriment.
Having enjoyed Ara Fell EE, I'm looking forward to their new game. I'm also hoping it's good enough that it doesn't need an enhancement later on. Not enough time to play games multiple lol.

P.S. GOG, at least include the Developer line in your template, I almost didn't realize this game was from Stegosoft Games / DANGEN Entertainment. :)

I think only the Original version of Ara Fell was made with RPG Maker 2003. Ara Fell Enhanced Edition was redone in Unity if I'm not mistaken. The developers I think talked about that in a few threads.

Here's a GOG post that talks about both games from some GOG users and has a link in this reply post to what looks like an official game article.

Lol, funny that you mentioned this, as Ara Fell is in my wishlist, I'm glad to know it has grown from its RPG maker roots as even the 2k3 version looks great as they used custom chipsets which helps differentiate their game from the glut of RPG Maker projects/mods!

I do plan on getting it as they have some neat Zeldaesque gameplay elements!

I am of the same opinion. Right now I'm playing a few games in Ara Fell again.
Rise of the Third Power looks amazing. Definitely on the wishlist for the time being.
Thanks, GOG!

Here's another bonus, I've not had a single crash in the Enhanced Edition (Win7 64-bit, can't speak for Win10) and gameplay has been very smooth. They seemed to have taken exceptional care in making things work, gameplay and story.

Forgive my ignorance. But as far as I remember I only tried the Ara Fell Demo and it is true that the graphic engine used was RPG Maker 2000 or 2003. What I never got to see was the full version in RPG Maker. Do you know if the development team released the full version in RPG Maker or was it only the DEMO? Thanks, @gog2002x!

I'm playing it on Windows 10 x64 and I haven't had any problems. The game runs smoothly.
