I'd love to see some of the old Trek games get some GOG love, but I think cleaning up the Trek wishlist would be a good first step. There's at least two duplicates for every game, not counting multi-game requests.

Also, there's some weird stuff going on with Starfleet Command, since there's an organization that maintains free MP servers(dynaverse.net), but they also sell the games, so I don't know what's up with that.

Anyway, if GOG ever did manage to get its hands on some of those early point and click titles, I'd love to see them do something like OpenXcom did, rebuilding the game with C++ so that it'll run without DosBox.

Fever_Discordia: Hmm.. with Cyberia turning up last week I DID wonder what else GOG might be able to extract from Interplay's vaults, I'd be surprised if any Star Trek games showed up though because of all the licensing issues others have pointed out...
You'd think the people might consider doing something similar to Disney/Star Wars to get people interested in the upcoming movie - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek_%28film_franchise%29#Untitled_Star_Trek_Sequel_.282016.29 ; re-releases of the classics could generate a little extra interest, but I suppose trying to bring two parties together to hammer out a deal is one of the hardest things to do.
Hm were there any actually great ones? I only played DS9 Harbinger and Klingon Honor Guard, both were kinda mediocre. Always wanted to try the Fallen though, id probably give it a try if it was available here

It's easy for Disney to do it, because all the publishing rights belong to them. On the other hand, the renegotiation with other studios (as is the case with Star Trek) would be a major pain in the ass. A fine example would be Warner Bros. Despite 3 Hobbit movies and the chance to revisit the Tolkien craze, they didn't bother trying to release the old Lord of the Rings games that were made and published by other companies.

Bridge Commander, Klingon Academy, Elite Force 1, and the point-and-clicks were great.

25th Anniversary and Judgment Rites are classic point and click adventures, especially the CD versions that have full voice acting from the original cast.

I'm also really partial to the vector graphics arcade game that Sega released in 1983, but that's probably not relevant here :)

Away Team is my favourite Commandos-style tactical game. Elite Force was a fantastic FPS, Bridge Commander was great fun if you are a fan Star Trek and want to feal like you really are in the captain's chair, Armada was an above average RTS with quite a good story. I never played Final Unity, but it's said to be a great adventure game, and there is also Borg, more an interactive movie than a game, but it has an abundance of John de Lancie as Q, and that in itself would worth the admission ticket for me.

Away Team was pretty good, but it had some weird limitations, like the fact that it would game over if you lost a single person on your team. I think I got to one of the Borg levels and stopped because of that. Kind of a shame it's 4:3 only.

Didn't feel like a limitation to me at all. First of all, it's not a team of red shirts, so getting everyone back to the ship back alive felt like keeping in line with what I'd expect of Trek. But mostly, it would be to easy if you could just use your men as cannon fodder. And I loved the Borg levels, with them adapting to your weapons. It forced you to get realy clever and creative.

tiberiusx1977: I would really like to see GOG offer the older Star Trek games of the early/mid 90's that were Interplay titles. At this time they are almost impossible to find and play.

Thanks
The chances are ST games showing up here are slim as others have said, best bet to get a Star Trek fix is going to be indie games / player made games. You have which is going standalone in V4, currently a Armada 2 mod for now. You got [url=http://www.stexcalibur.com/]ST Excalibur which is promising by the looks of it. Then there is a move to create a sequal to Bridge Commander, which is Bridge Commander 2. All good projects to follow, considering the chances of getting old or even a new good ST game is slim.
Interplay's been with GOG for as long as there's been a GOG. If it was possible it would have happened years ago. National Amusements (owners of Star Trek and Viacom etc) don't seem to have any interest in gaming at any level. Convincing a company of that considerable size that doesn't have any interest in gaming that selling some old games on GOG is in its best interests isn't going to get anything more than laughed at, unfortunately.

DS9: The Fallen was a really great third-person action-adventure/shooter game, with a lot of good, expansive levels. One of the early enemies had a nifty Borg-like ability to adapt to your weapons, so you had to adjust the frequency of your phaser to compensate. The only time where the game's level design fell a little flat was one mission which had you running around on the outer surface of the hull of a crashed Miranda-class starship. That part of the level really failed to convey just how big of a ship you were on.

Starfleet Academy was good, if you forgave the laughably bad FMV cutscenes. Even though it was ostensibly a combat flight sim, there were some interesting puzzle and action-adventure/RPG elements that could change how a mission could unfold.

Elite Force was a great FPS, that's the best and closest I've come yet to playing a game that felt like an interactive episode. The only problem it suffered was that the end boss fight was comically lame, and ended the game on a seriously weak note. Holomatch is fun though, even with bots.
