rampancy: Elite Force was a great FPS, that's the best and closest I've come yet to playing a game that felt like an interactive episode.
25th Anniversary and Judgment Rites are more so, in my opinion. I recommend trying them out if you like TOS.

Bridge Commander and Elite Force were my favorite Star Trek games! It would really be cool if GOG could get them somehow...
