gibbeynator: Well, I don't want any of these games, so when can I get Arena and Daggerfall on their own?
avatar
CorneliusBaxter: Arena and Daggerfall have been freeware for several years already. You can get them here: http://www.elderscrolls.com/daggerfall
http://www.elderscrolls.com/arena/
The arena you linked is the floppy version, GOG provides the CD one.

katatonicone: It just means that part of the wish has been completed. That's all :)
Or is it?

(Seriously, don't you have classes in enigmatic teasing over there? Never give a straight answer. Jeez)

born3088: I am not sure if you have noticed, but a wish that wishes for Doom 1,2, 3 is marked as in progress :)

I guess that we will see Doom 3 soon

But... we are going to see Doom 3, right? Over 4,100 votes can't be wrong! :P

Also, GOG probably made them work, so I don't have to screw with the Dosbox settings.

Hopefully at some point.

There are versions with preconfigured DosBox also available, but still the floppy version for Arena from what I recall.

Dream Cusher (tm) at your service.
For those hoping for Fallout New Vegas, you might be waiting a while. It uses Steam APIs for things like achievements so that might make it difficult to release on GOG.

Would be awesome to see Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas on GOG though, in my opinion those 2 games are the best post-apoc/Sci-Fi RPGs of all time (and they may even beat Fallout 4 if some of the things I have heard about Fallout 4 are true).

Would also be awesome to see Elder Scrolls: Oblivion or Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

I hope that any release of these 4 titles is identical to the Steam/disk versions from a data/game file perspective and can run the mod tools and all the vast library of mods out there for these tiles. Oh and the titles need to include the awesome DLC. (the Steam versions include the DLC so there shouldn't be an issue including it here I hope)
WOoooooooooooaaaaaaahh!

Just................. woah.

To be fair, though, that didn't stop FEAR 2 from coming over. That game used Steamworks, as well, and had DLC through Steam.

Did you do fearless QA testing for the new releases? =)

Oh just a little bit of Quake, yes. Have been busy with some upcoming releases. But I have nothing to say about them. Move along. :D
I'm gone for a single day, and you guys pull this.
It's okay, It's not like I needed that sleep or anything.
Now what we need is Malice for Quake. That's an often overlooked one. It has ridiculous voice acting!

Sleep? Pfff. So much overrated.
Saying goodnight to all you GOG people. Have fun playing these games, spending time with your friends or family, or just enjoying life in general.
