They are like Gremlins :P
Man, couldn't they have selected a more unflattering image for Nero?

ThePunishedSnake: Basically only three new playable character, and we don't know if each will come with a short campaign or you can just use them in main campaign (but the second point make me afraid this will be the case). Other stuff like Turbo Mode and Legendary Dark Knight Mode was already in PC version of the game, missing on 360 and PS3.

Capcom should release this as DLC on PC, but since there's a separate app, this won't be the case.
Well its Capcom so what else can you expect, there is no new campaign as far as I know but there is atleast some new gameplay content unlike the other remasters. The most they will do is offer a discount to the previous owners of the game on PC but knowing Capcom that is highly doubtful, releasing it as DLC is probably out of the question for them.

Personally I haven't played DMC 4 before though so as soon as I got wind of this Special Edition I knew it was better to wait for the release and then be patient until it is significantly discounted. ;)

ElTerprise: controls and the performance are awful.
What's wrong with controls?

DMC is both a good and a bad game. Bad because is simply too long, and this comes by the backtracking you need to do in order to proceed. Good because it's very funny to play, is a good and balanced title, one of the best DMC.

MorningStar33: What's wrong with controls?
I'm not sure what is was - last time played must be over a year ago or so - but i had issues with them. It was better with a controller that i remember.

Capcom removed this from Steam. I wonder if they decided just to skip the DLC by selling the whole, new game to all users, for a quick and easy cashgrab.

Thank you. Could have been one of the issues. I need to look on the wiki more often :).
Gimme, gimme, i badly need my bat fix and my catwoman dose! And poison ivy arse! Buying them the SECOND they are here! BOTH originals and remastered! Now, somebody please, lock me again inside Arkham Asylum! Same cell with poison ivy, naturally, i love nature, oh, and plants!
Sorry, I didn't know about that. MY CPU runs at exactly 3.2GHz. :-/
the original games still looks great, just gonna stick with them

Easily.
Odd. I never noticed anything like that and easily beat the game on Windows 7 two years ago (and I had a blast!). I wonder if I played at x1.5 speed without even noticing or was lucky enough not to run into the problem.

You might've had a cpu with just the right frequency. ;)

I imagine this remastering may have less to do with them wanting the games on new consoles per se, and more to do with them releasing a Trilogy Pack in the future. Note that the games would be coming out after Arkham Knight - it's practically The Hobbit's DVD release schedule but with "Batman" and "Video Games" written over it in white-out.
Geez this "remastered" trend is picking up. I can see this being more beneficial to the current gen consoles, these games looked spectacular on PC already... unless WB is kind enough to *ahem* sell these on GOG? :-)
