They change the scale every year, so less money needs to be spend on education and only the amount of degrees in a country count, not the quality.

Of course the scale changes every year, because 100 is the measurement of the average, that's how a quotient works. It doesn't say anything about the intelligence of humanity in general.
There is no alternative in measurement to other humans as long as there are no comparable aliens around.
What you probably meant is, that the intelligence goes up a little every year and this is certainly the case in some parts of the first world, seeing how much easier it is for young people to solve mental challenges for which their parents needed a lot more time and tries for, but of course in some places people develop in the opposite direction.

If someone did stupid thing, doesn't mean other people are stupid.
Maybe he had problem with a large amount of save files (similar things happened in TES4:Oblivion) and didn't know how to solve it in other way.

"As the 21st century began, human evolution was at a turning point. Natural selection, the process by which the strongest, the smartest, the fastest, reproduced in greater numbers than the rest, a process which had once favored the noblest traits of man, now began to favor different traits. Most science fiction of the day predicted a future that was more civilized and more intelligent. But as time went on, things seemed to be heading in the opposite direction. A dumbing down. How did this happen? Evolution does not necessarily reward intelligence. With no natural predators to thin the herd, it began to simply reward those who reproduced the most, and left the intelligent to become an endangered species."http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/human-intelligence-peaked-thousands-of-years-ago-and-weve-been-on-an-intellectual-and-emotional-decline-ever-since-8307101.html

There is actually a bit from "Idiosyncrasy" I use in here all the time but no one seems to ever get it. Dax Shepard (good actor, annoying fuckhead IRL) says, "I didn't know anyone liked money as much as I do; we should hang out."
Now you'll know whenever I use the term "We should hang out." that I'm referring to that movie. :D

drealmer7: I can understand a few of those, but I think some of them you could have enjoyed more had you just given yourself time and space away from the games and just played it when you were in the mood for them. I think if you are playing a game but not enjoying it, it is actually beating you. You must learn to let go. Wasting time doing something unenjoyable when you could be enjoying yourself is bad for your spirit.
With Command and Conquer, Tomb Raider 2 and HOMM1, that might have been the case but with the others, I don't think so. The Neverwinter Nights OC's were simply not that good. especially the first one. Others have stated that you get this game for the multiplayer and user content. I haven't tried either yet but I'm inclined to agree
Teen Agent was just an illogical mess. However, I was a short game so it really wasn't worth putting off
Stargunner was made for hardcore SHMUPers which I am not. No amount of break time would have got me back in the mood.
Halo was just a generic "me too" overrated FPS. Entirely forgettable
Morrowind, you leveled too fast and when you did, the game got stale. The entirely static and lifeless world didn't help things. My character had reached the end game in levels but there was still the main quests to do. If I took a break, I don't think I would have ever come back.
Redneck Rampage and the Suckin Grits expansion had some game breaking bugs and really odd level design that made me not like the game too much. The Rides Again expansion I liked much much more though.
