I have never played the board game, so i don't know much about the setting or the story.
Personally i hope it is going to be more like a first person game (much like Deus Ex), but with a huge open world and a multitude of locations to discover, and quests, missions and other stuff to do.

CDPR have shown they're highly proficient - and because they just made one of the absolute best rpg's in recent years, i can't help but to have quite high expectations regarding Cyberpunk.
