Decent game
It's a fun game, without being too meticulous. Battles can be turn based or real time. I beat the first two XCOM games which in my opinion were very good. This one you need to read the manual a bit before you start I feel.

Master piece from old times
This is one of the best x-com game. I wish they make remake or new one with same gameplay mechanic.
