Great concept, bad combat
The entire idea of the game was great. I really enjoed the immersive feel of the game, where i coudl see the impacts of my actions. But i found that the comabt really detracted from the game. Max power weapons are only marginally better than beginnner level weapons. I never used a relic to unlock any powers but i used plenty of perk ponts. Played mostly stelath but fought my way out of plenty of sticky situations. All in all, good game but im not sure i would go back to it as it kind of drags on towards the ned in my opinion.

Weird West
Overall good game. Only thing stopping it from being a 5 out of 5 is the wonky 3rd person angle that you have to play with. Makes it hard to see far enough ahead to properly aim your longer firing range weapons. Also, it would be nice if you could use your mouse wheel to scroll through your various weapons available to you.

I can feel Arcane's magic, but..
quite some rough edges, cluttered inventory, you can't reequip amulets on followers, aiming can be cumbersome in isometric view and navigate around 3D objects, NPC AI not great and also can block your way, can't save cause game thinks you are still in combat state, game stutters on updating objectives and likes to crash on loading saves. But the setting is great and how you can approach things, also the artstyle, UI and music. I have hopes for their next more Steampunky Wild West Dishonored.

Very much Fallout 2 vibes. I'm sure there are a ton of others in this genre. Perhaps good for its type, but nothing I'm in the mood to play in 2025
