A blast from the past!

If you are a fan of the old Warhammer 40.000 universe, this might be just the treat you need. It is like the old Doom titles from the 1990s, just with Warhammer 40.000 design. You can jump, dash, use a chainsword, boltgun, plasma gun, etc. An the best thing is, you can taunt your enemies. Some glorious sensless violence (but it´s all ok since you´re only purging the imperium from some heretics). Please don´t look for a deeper story. Instead, enjoy beeing the ultimate party pooper for the forces of chaos in this one!

Very good shooter, great use of WH40k

Very good FPS in its own right. Diverse set of guns and enemies with different behaviors. The bad: Replayability is meh and we could use more movement options or terrain interaction. Things like moving platforms and jump pads are sparsely sprinkled around and feel gimmicky.

Great & Brutal Boomer Shooter

Great FPS & Great Warhammer 40K game. Levels design is inspired by serveral eras of boomer shooters: from old school labyrinth like levels (doom/duke nukem) to more modern arena battle (unreal tournament,etc. ). The games looks and sounds great too!

Can't believe I put playing this off

Great classic doom like shooting Works on 12:9 The right amount of old graphic styling Meaty guns Good music Great sound effects Star dropped for the hovering head, almost everything it said was useless and annoying. I would look in excitement for the things it had to say but everything it says is useless. I would hope this becomes an integral part of part 2 but that it says useful and interesting things and that its possibly voiced.

Fast paced firefights

It's a lot like playing Space Marine, but with huge environments that go on for miles. You don't hang back, you get into the thick of the fight or your health will whittle away, and never stop running and gunning.
