All the goodness of Bloodlines in the same place. But you guys really should change the title or description because this is very confusing. The VTM Bloodlines on here already included Unofficial Patch, this is Unofficial Patch PLUS.

A must have
At this point this mod is the intended way to actually play this game, makes you wish Troika had the chance to release the game they actually wanted, if only they had more time and resources we would most likely still enjoy goated RPGs made by them to this day. Great mod, install and just immerse yourself in the game.

Undying Patch for an Undying Classic
Bloodlines was never just a game, it was a fever dream wrapped in urban decay, drenched in blood and dialogue. But without the Unofficial Patch, most would never get past the bugs long enough to savor its brilliance. This patch (which is, incidentally, constantly evolving) doesn’t just fix what's broken... it expands, restores, and improves. I’ve played this game more times than I care to admit, but never without this patch — not once since I discovered it. If you’re new to Bloodlines, install it before even launching the game. If you’re coming back... welcome home, Kindred.

Unofficial Patch Plus!
Just so you know: if you install the "normal version" of VTM Bloodlines, it also includes the Unofficial Patch 11.5. However, you will be playing the vanilla version of the game without any changes to the gameplay. Only bugs are fixed. Some purists might prefer the original "Troika Version" THIS here is the Unofficial Patch Plus with restored content and changes to the balancing and disciplines which I personally consider the definitve version of the game. Your choice. Have fun!
