Quite decent

This addon was a really nice surprise for one of my favourite games of all time. What can I say, it's good, albeit not completely on par with the base game. Some of the new areas are a bit too long for what they are, and feel quite stretched. Also the art is not absolutely up to the standarts of the base game, and many of the new areas are missing the colorefull ambiente of the original, a lot of brown and dark green forests and mountains to bee found here. However, the new Mastery is quite fun, and in a way the norse and celtic mythology is quite fitting with the rest of the game. Extra kudos here for including celtic mythology like that in the game, I have never seen a better depicition in a videogame yet. All in all a quite worthy expansion to a still fantastic game!

Not great.

The new areas run horribly unlike the rest of TQ/IT on my PC. Also seen many places where invisible walls block my arrows due to terrain very frustrating. TBH fan mods are better than this and free.

Great expansion!

I'm at 40 hours having just finished normal mode and EE is supposed to be another 15 hours. Fun game but I can't imagine how people run multiple characters all the way through the third difficulty lol

Really nice expansion - even visiting my home country. Cool new mastery and after all the time finally several reasons to play TQ anew!

Well pleased, no regrets

Bought this recently and have played through, roughly, 75% of the content. My experience, thus far, has been thoroughly enjoyable and I'm profusely grateful that the devs are still producing content for a game that's a decade old now. I do get the occasion slowdown during heavy activity but normal fps returns once the mob numbers are reduced. Also, it only occurs in outdoor areas. Regarding mob density and quest completion (as mentioned by ambient_orange). If you have a full clear fetish, like I do ;o), then the quests will complete naturally as you progress. Mob numbers, on the other hand, need to be tweaked by using the modding tools that install alongside the main game. At present I have triple the regular mob numbers in Legendary and I've heard some players have even more! Something to note, though, is that some quests will NOT be completable with the extra enemies, so for those I just switch back to the regular mob size.
