One of the best games that I ever played
First of all, I would like to state that I just finished this game and it is my first Witcher game (though I have read the books 4 years ago). The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is an old game and it is rusty around the edges. Spesifically, combat is incredibly outdated. However, unlike other gamers out there, I don't view this as a problem as fighting isn't the actual gameplay, preparation is the actual gameplay. Moreover, the game has a reasonable difficulty as long as you are prepared... and you are expected to be prepared. That's the whole point. The only exception is the chapter 1 boss which is unreasonably hard and ridicilous. After that you should breathe and relax : ) There are some people that claims there is grind in this game. This is simply not true. Yes, you need to kill monsters to get ingredients for potions but that's not grind... that's what you do anyway. Overall, a must play for any Witcher fan.
