But even with a few technical hiccups, checkpoint woes, and a sense that maybe going this big with such an intimate game wasn’t the best choice, The Invincible is an enjoyable experience. The Invincible is a '60s sci-fi novel brought to life that is best suited for those who love to get nerdy about hard science and love that retro sci-fi aesthetic. More casual fans will likely find plenty to enjoy with the game, but they should know that this a game about getting immersed in a world that wants to tell a story instead of the usual space-faring adventure shtick. When The Invincible gets its hooks in players, it can be a narrative experience that is thrilling, thought-provoking, and worth the ride.

Pretty and atmospheric

It can be a walking similator at times that show you incredibly gorgeous set pieces to see with a little bit of detective work on the side to figure out what's going on. What I didn't expect was it to have tense moments for that caused me to truly get the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up. Reccomend to those that like to see pretty things, a decent story, and a casual game that doesn't require you to be mentally prepared for high octain action. 8/10 would get it during a sale.

Wonderful illustration for the book

Game can be seen as a bit slow, and there are some movement restrictions I really don't like. But it is presenting the story and the mystery in a wonderful way. Something I have been waiting since childhood, to see Invincible outisde of just my minds eye.

Loved every minute of playing it!

Loved the climate and the feeling of loneliness on the desolate planet. The music in this game is amazing. I started to play it with no expectations, just to kill some time at the airport, and nearly missed my plane.

A sci-fi walking simulator

If you like walking simulator, you're in for a great experience. The story was really compelling and you're plunged directly into it, with enough mystery to directly feel intrigued. With its two factions" and how they are depicted, this game reminded me of "South Of The Circle", another great game in the same genre. Finally, the graphics are good, even though the game seemed to not like being installed on a HDD.
