Susan Ashworth, known in her neighbourhood as the crazy Cat Lady, is a lonely 40- year old on the verge of suicide. She has no family, no friends and no hope for a better future.One day she discovers that five strangers will come along and change everything.But those five, "The Parasites", are also the most ruthless, deranged and cold-blooded bunch of psychopaths the city has ever known. They will stop at nothing to hurt Susan. Unless, she hurts them first...
Susan's few weeks journey doesn't take her across the world and won't turn her into a hero. She has little faith in others and hardly even cares about herself. She can't fight and has never fired a gun in her life. But she's hanging onto that thin thread of hope, that in the end, as promised, there's an elusive reward waiting for her. Something worth trying for. Something that'll help her find an unlikely friend. Something that'll give her life a purpose. Susan's journey takes her on a roller-coaster ride between the world of the living and the world of the dead, where the only way to survive is to overcome her biggest weakness: her own self.

Solid progression with bad audio work
This game is probably the one that best explores depression, with Depression Quest coming close second. Although the beginning of the game has some writing in it that was in my opinion lacking, overall the story is enjoyable after the beginning. The graphics style was interesting. It should be noted that I didn't like the first game, Downfall especially due to its writing and graphics, but in this one both parts worked better. Audio has issues. The voice actors are passable, but unfortunately the recording equipment or mastering wasn't done with the highest quality in mind and occasionally even regular speech ends up breaking. Puzzles were mostly alright, although a few of them felt like they didn't belong there.

Atmospheric and compelling
I really got immersed in the story, which was exciting, authentic, and highly original. The controls were easy to learn, and the play mostly intuitive. Recommended to anyone who loves a good story well told.

Fadeeeee away!
This game looks so boring. The game doesn't even uses mouse cursor?! Still if you give a try, you"ll find how bizarre, deep physcho story really is. The design depicts the woman actuall feeling, I think - sometimes grey, sometimes colorful. There is no pixel hunting, but I found this game challenging at some point. I feel the same some times...
