探索充满道德困境和分支路径的故事。你的选择将决定扬与分身的关系，进而影响他们的旅程，引出不同后果，并带你走向不同的结局。
收集到的资源用途多样——可以用来制作必需品，也可以用于建造研究实验室或社交室等模组以发展基地。但资源有限，不同的需求无法两全。是制作分身所需的物品，还是制作异常探测仪或辐射过滤器来推进任务？抉择的重担只能由你一肩承担。
这颗星球拥有独特的环境，更有无数秘密等待着你去发现。但一定要当心致命的异常。异常有不同形式：悬浮的岩石，诡异的现实扭曲，这些一眼就能发现；但还有肉眼不可见的异常，且你需要借助特殊工具才能探知。当然，无论何种情况，你都必须万分小心，否则可能会立即死亡，或受到辐射影响——包括辐射伤害，甚至是时空瓦解。此外，最好尽量避免在辐射强烈到能穿透你宇航服的时段探索星球。好了，自己保重吧，祝你旅途愉快！

Data Collection
The game might be good, I do not know, and the reason is that after launching the game, the EULA pops up asking to concent in allowing data collection. This is important information that should be conveyed to the buyer/player before purchace. I personally do not want to allow any data to be collected, and so I have no option other than uninstalling the game and asking for a refund...

Despite the EULA I like it
This game is absolutely fascinating and delves deep into character dynamics, it requires you study the history of your alternative selves and get them on board with your mission. Unreal engine graphics make is a feast for the eyes and without spoiling the story, I am extremely impressed with the implementation. Only gripe is that the EULA is invasive, Remove that and I'd have given it a 5 star review.

Yet another great game from 11bit
2025 is a surprisingly good year for games. This is just another example of such a great job from a studio that has not disappointed us with their games yet. To be extremely brief - it is a sci-fi about exploration morale, choices, and the cosmos. The good part for me is that we do not have to fight, it's pure mining/exploration experience (~5h of gameplay). Do not expect it to be an example of hard sci-fi, it's just (so far) a solid story when you must make hard decisions and every so often their outcome is utterly unpredictable.

Orginal and great concept. Love it.
The Alters is nothing short of a masterpiece in narrative-driven gaming. From the very first moments, I was captivated by its deeply emotional storyline and the profoundly original concept of creating alternate versions of oneself. The idea of facing your own decisions and regrets through these “alters” is both haunting and brilliant. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever played—each alter brings a new perspective, challenging your morality and reshaping your understanding of identity.
