After two decades, Nightdive Studios is rebooting and re-imagining the original System Shock. We will keep the new game true to the classic experience, keeping all the things you loved while giving today's gamers the modern look and feel expected from a AAA title.
This Pre-Alpha Demo will give you a brief preview of the game. Please keep in mind this is a very early demo, so performance, content, etc is not final.
With the help of members of the original team, including the original Voice Actor of SHODAN, Terri Brosius, Citadel Station has never been more immersive or terrifying!

no invert, no purchase.
I only played the demo for a couple of min. and turned it off upon finding out the game is missing a vital component for any game that uses free aiming, it has no option to invert aiming for the controller. And as a person who uses inverted controls, this is a major deal breaker for me. I seriously hope the dev team isn't stupid enough to leave such an important and standard controller option out of the full game. The game does look good though.

Performance rquirements insane
I started the game on a gtx 960m i7 quad-core 8gb RAM laptop and got 5 FPS. Uninstall. If the dev team thinks that only people with 3000 dollars to spare should play their game, then fine, I guess :)
