I really enjoyed my time with Streets of rage 4. It has great controller support and runs great even on potato PCs. Local co-op and vs is also great, but a 4 player mode would be also great. So yeah, no minuses from me.
The game's protagonist possesses numerous special moves, including Star Moves, but the enemies' super armor gimmicks are somewhat unreasonable. This makes it a challenging game for casual players considering its side-scrolling nature.
++ Muy buenos graficos.

++ The system is a classic beat-n-up with new features that make it very entertaining, like enemies bouncing off walls and you can keep hitting them. You really feel like you're hitting them.
++ Very good graphics.
+ Unlocking classic characters with their pixelation is priceless.
+ I really like the story; it's well-told, and while it's somewhat cliché, it works.
- The music I've heard isn't memorable at all (perhaps you can change it after finishing the game or unlock it, but I didn't check; I haven't finished the game yet).
- There's a fight in Stage 8 where I lost lives because it was so difficult. That enemy won't let you grab it and is invincible in several parts of the fight.
- It's outrageous that they've removed the option of choosing different routes like in the third installment, not to mention the multiple endings.
Recommended purchase, SOR is SOR.
